Morning all. Hope you're all well. My doctor has said I need to lose weight as I have a syrinx (fluid filled cavity) in my spinal cord from surgery on my back about 15 years ago and being overweight can exacerbate symptoms. So, with the help of my wife, I've started couch to 5k.

My wife just sent me this and it took me far too long to figure out why. Whoever owns and did this...bravo!

It's been a busy few weeks at work and I've had to put in a fair bit of overtime so quite shattered. I've got one more day of a heavy workload before I can relax (a bit) so I'm listening to this banger of a tune from Andor season 2 to keep me going today - youtube.com/watch?v=y6wLcx…
