Until corrupt politicians start going to jail in mass, we have no democracy and we are being played. Your voice means nothing when billionaires buys elections.

🧵Constitution of the Democratic Commonwealth We, the people, establish this Constitution to secure liberty, prevent domination by concentrated wealth or foreign power, protect the commons of land, food, and ensure that governance remains accountable to the citizenry alone.

No Kings protests are not the same as anti war protests. Don’t be fooled by performative virtue signaling disguised as opposing the war but is still just about being a political party with no vision other than Trump opposition

Ron Paul 2009: “If you look at the history, you’ll find out that Hamas was really started by Israel because they wanted Hamas to counter Yasser Arafat..” Imagine the problem. —— Netanyahu Make them a problem. —— Tell the world about the boogeymen. Fund the problem. —— Netanyahu gave Qatar $35M per month to Hamas Justify actions to solve the problem. —— October 7, allow Hamas to slaughter for 6-8 hours rumble.com/v77rkoy-ron-pa…

OH. MY. GOD. There it is… from his mouth 🚨 Netanyahu Funded Hamas $35M a Month via Qatar, using U.S. Tax Dollars, and tells Investigators: “This is confidential and can’t be leaked, okay? We have neighbors here, sworn enemies. I’m constantly passing them messages. I confuse them, mislead them, lie to them, and then HIT them over their heads.” • Netanyahu worked to keep GAZA under the control of HAMAS. And keep the West Bank under the control of the Fatah with the goal of preventing them from ever being united. • Netanyahu arranged for Hamas to receive $35 Million Dollars every month from Qatar —— suitcases of $35M in American currency, every single month. “Because the Qatar knew him, they made him put the request in writing because they knew he was going to lie in the future.” 🤯 The result? $1+ BILLION went into the hands of Hamas… fast forward — October 7. @dennis50451942 whatever you need to tell yourself to feel better about the whole thing. I guess all those dems who voted for it hate the victims then, right?

The Republican bill did not protect the identity of the victims, and they would not accept the Dem amendment to redact their names. The bill would have insured that no victim would ever come forward and no woman would be safe to work in the House! That's what Repubs really want!

Are you sitting down? The total number of money lobbyists spend per year comes out to $9.5 million for each member of Congress. $9.5 million in bribes… Congress ignoring the will of the American people makes total sense. We can’t compete with that money. This must change.

Absolute bombshell. A brutal reality check on the 'most moral army in the world.' The panel exposes how Israel intentionally sacrificed its own citizens on October 7th as an inside job just to justify their horrific slaughter of children. The truth is coming out.

My take on the @hasanthehun stuff: - Dem politicians have long been happy to tout themselves talking to controversial far-right fascists to flaunt their left-punching credentials and they’ve concurrently tried to starve all left-leaning media of attention, so the whole fake “controversy” here just spotlights that deeper asymmetry (and to be clear I’m not equating Hasan with the far right, nor am I weighing in on all his views/statements/declarations — I’m making a larger indisputable point) - As the country is crushed by very real problems here in the real world, there’s a “never forget we’re the real story, not them” vibe in media folk trying to make politicians’ views about other media folk the main focus of attention. Watch the old film Broadcast News — it’s all about this annoying dynamic.

Apocalyptic scenes in the Amazon. Illegal gold mining has literally turned the lush rainforest into a barren desert of sand. An area the size of 200,000 soccer pitches has been completely annihilated. The scale of this destruction is absolutely terrifying.

I'm all for protesting against Trump but it is also necessary to protest against the Democratic establishment which does nearly the same with nicer rhetoric. Those protesting today should've protested when Biden/Harris were also attacking democracy & civil liberties, supporting genocide & endless wars and crippling public health.

Clips like this are incredibly frustrating to me bc they make it out like the really bad part of this story is “Netanyahu funding Hamas.” That’s not the scandal. The scandal is WHY Qatar and Netanyahu had to fund Hamas: And that’s because for the last 19 years and counting, the state of Israel, regardless of who ran the government, has imposed a TOTAL air, land and sea blockade on the Gaza Strip. They have prohibited the free movement of people and products. They have instituted complete control over trade, commerce and the production of goods and services. Israel was, and still is, occupying both Gaza and the West Bank. And as the occupying power they are obligated under international law to provide necessities. But because it’s Israel, of course they refuse to pay for that. So for decades the onus has fallen on Muslim countries and allies of Palestinians in the region. Before 2012 Hamas leadership was in Syria. At the start of the Syrian war, the US asked Qatar to host Hamas instead. Qatar, wanting to curry favor with the US, agreed. Those “payments to Hamas” have gone mostly towards paying Israel for the electricity they provide to Gaza ($10 million/month) and operation of the government facilities in Gaza like schools and hospitals. So the scandal here is how “the only Democracy in the Middle East” has spent decades holding millions captive in an open air prison, guarded by robotic machine guns and denied them basic human rights why shaking down other countries to pay for it all.

To tax the richest Americans, we need to go after their wealth, not just their income. Two proposals — one in California, one in Congress — could finally do it. The alternative is an ever-more-powerful billionaire class that threatens democracy itself. jacobin.com/2026/03/wealth…
