We have entered a new phase. We are no longer part of a flawed process. We are now organising a lawful, citizen-driven path. Remain calm. Remain focused. Remain disciplined. Further guidance will follow. Calm. Lawful. Organised. Ready. DCP Convenor: Senator Jameson Timba DCP.

I have conducted a tour of exhibitions at the ongoing 66th edition of the ZITF, which attracted 775 exhibitors from across the globe. I was very much impressed by the level of innovation I witnessed. The tours included the @ZimTreasury, @Zimra_11, NVCCZ, and the DPC.

His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa, alongside the First Lady, Auxillia Mnangagwa, yesterday hosted a distinguished State Dinner at State House in honour of Duma Boko, President of the Republic of Botswana. The elegant evening was a true celebration of Zimbabwe’s identity, with an exquisite showcase of authentic local cuisine that highlighted the nation’s rich cultural heritage and renowned hospitality. The atmosphere reflected not only tradition and pride, but also the warmth with which Zimbabwe welcomes its guests. The State Dinner forms part of President Boko’s three-day visit, focused on deepening bilateral cooperation in key sectors such as tourism. In his remarks, the visiting leader commended Zimbabwe’s exceptional hospitality, reinforcing its growing stature as a premier destination for cultural and experiential tourism in the region.

#Zimbabwe The Art Of War🐊🐊🐊 To the men and women of the Zim @ZANUPF_Official Youth League🫡🇿🇼 Your statement is not only timely, it is courageous. In an era where money increasingly seeks to silence principle, you have chosen to speak truth to power disguised as charity. The Youth League has done what too many have failed to do: separate genuine philanthropy from transactional influence. Let us be clear no one questions Sir. @wicknellchivayo Chivayo’s right to give. As you rightly said, any citizen may contribute to #Vision2030. But the issue is not whether he gives. The issue is to whom, how, and with what expectation. Donating millions directly to Parliament the very institution that holds the Executive accountable, passes budgets, and oversees the rule of law is not generosity. It is a power play dressed in goodwill. You have drawn a line that every patriot should applaud: State institutions are not for sale, not even to billionaires, not even for “development.” Why this position is unassailable First, you have upheld the separation of powers. Parliament is not a charity. It is the people’s house. If MPs become accustomed to multimillion-dollar “gifts” from a single businessman, who will they ultimately serve? The constitution, or the cheque? Your refusal to normalise this is the very definition of integrity✅ Second, you have defended the President’s own legacy #Vision2030. His Excellency Cde Dr. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has worked tirelessly to rebuild Zimbabwe’s institutions CDF, Devolution Fund, road networks, dams, clinics. To suggest that Parliament needs a private bailout is to insult those achievements. You rightly note that the Government has never declared an inability to fund its own legislature. Why then should a businessman step in, unless to create dependency? Third, you have exposed the dangerous precedent. Today, US$3.6 million to Parliament. Tomorrow, what? A donation to the Judiciary before a major ruling? A gift to the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission before an election? Once the door is opened, no arm of State is safe from the perception of capture as already falsely claimed by the voice of the imperialist . Your refusal is not just about one donation. It is about defending the entire architecture of Zimbabwean democracy✅ #NziraDzemasoja✅ You have also warned those who would bring the President’s name into disrepute. Correct. The President has built a Government of capacity, not handouts. To imply that Parliament cannot function without a businessman’s cash is to undermine the very achievements you list roads, airports, Pfumvudza, devolution. The Youth League is right to say: Enough of fictitious tactics. Enough of backdoor influence. The Youth League is not just the vanguard of ZANU-PF✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿. It is the conscience of the nation. Today, you have shown that conscience is alive and vigilant. You have refused to be bought, refused to look away, and refused to confuse charity with corruption. Stand firm🫡. History will remember that when money knocked on the doors of @ParliamentZim, it was young Zimbabweans who said: Not through this house. Not on our watch. Long live the Youth League. Long live the sovereignty of Zimbabwe’s institutions. Long live His Excellency the President, Cde Dr. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, under whose leadership no arm of Government will ever be auctioned to the highest bidder. Viva @ZANUPF_Official ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿 #AmendmentBill3🇿🇼 #BILL3BHOO👍🏿 “Together We Stand, Divided We Fall.” @edmnangagwa | @ZANUPF_Official #Chimurenga✊🏿

Civil servants are a responsibility of the government not individuals. To that end, the government is reviewing their salaries and benefits. These reviews, which are imminent anyway, will of course be within available fiscal space while being sensitive to the workers' plight.
Hosia Mviringi@MviringiHosia

Meanwhile, Chivhayo is dangling $3.6 million to bribe MPs to pass CAB3 and continue their looting. These individuals don't prioritise the well-being of the general public. They only care about their dynasty ambitions.

In my view this statement means nothing, the MPs did not even need a further bribe because they are already bribing themselves with two more years in parliament. Those who will benefit from this extension should never be the ones to debate it. One can’t be a judge in own cause
