@DespairNem Horror can go too far when the author isn't prepared to write it. Horror that goes too far is simply bad horror too big for its britches that is unable to juggle the weight of its own concepts and ends up failing at being compelling art.

@solrenette @sull1vannolan @DrJenIzaakson While true, there's no reason to have kids anymore. They won't care for you in old age or contribute to the farm/house/lineage. Sure they might feel nice, but not as nice as how much work, time, and money that goes into them now. Why would you give up a child free life?

The average individual nowadays has access to a better life standard (health, comfort, access…) than literal kings in the 15th century. Let’s not whine like we are surviving the plague please

Ma théorie c’est que ce genre de mode de vie n’est ni bien ni mal. C’est juste l’expression de « je suis arrivée à l’âge où je devrais avoir des gosses mais j’en ai pas ». Comme les nana/couples du même âge qui adoptent un chien car la phase « je sors en boite » de la jeunesse est finie et qu’il faut bien remplir sa vie d’autre chose. Pour certain(e)s ça se manifeste par un besoin de s’occuper d’un faux bébé pour d’autres (plutôt masculins cette fois) par une espèce de discipline du quotidien complètement délirante. Un peu comme si vous sortiez le castor de sa rivière. Il aurait quand même BESOIN de ronger et construire un truc, à défaut d’être un barrage de cours d’eau ça se manifesterait autrement mais ça se manifesterait quand même par un comportement.

This happens because nothing in transformers is strictly canon. Each show, comic, movie is in its own continuity with its own rules. However, not every continuity has time to explain all the nuances to its universe, so it relies on previous ones to suppliment. This leads to (1/?)

Dear New Yorkers who have never seen dumpsters. Let me explain what this will do. 1. They will stink. They will get all kinds of gross liquid in them and they will stink. 24/7. Wait for the summer. That’s gonna be so charming. 2. Trash will pile up over and around them. Bc it ALWAYS does. 3. Parking way up. $$$$. I know you don’t think you care but it will cost someone more money which will be passed onto you. 4. These could easily bc homeless shelters. The trash will then be tossed on the streets. 5. Rats will find a way. It will smell like food to them at all times. It will attract them. 6. It’s going to cost a bunch of money. 7. It will be UGLY. They will be covered with all kinds of gross garbage materials. Hence the stinking mentioned earlier. The beautiful streets will be packed with these. Imagine a 100 story building. How big of a dumpster do they need? 8. Will they be moved every other day like cars? How will the street sweepers get around them? 9. And other stuff I haven’t even thought of yet.
