Arsenal will regret those early missed chances. You can’t afford to waste that many opportunities against a deep-defending side. This could come back to haunt them with just 20 minutes left to play. #WHUARS

Fellow Nigerians, good morning. I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you. Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances. We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal. More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism. We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power. Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise. Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them. However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building. Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated. And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions. There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline? Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from. Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

@IkejaElectric It's been 5 days without light in my area. Why always you guys? Why are you the only one facing reduced power allocation & not others? Equitable distribution of available power but some areas are enjoying light already while we've not had any since 5 days now? You are just a shit

Imagine you work in a company where you earn ₦75,000 monthly. You have a wife. Two kids. Responsibilities everywhere. Every month is survival mode. Then one day, a new CEO comes in. He reviews the system, blocks leakages, fixes what was broken and suddenly, the company starts making more money. Next thing, he announces: Your salary is increased five times. On top of that, new welfare packages are introduced: Your children’s school fees are supported You get healthcare access Food support is added For the first time, life feels a bit easier. Now here’s where it gets interesting… You have a friend in another company— he earns ₦1m, even more. That friend represents somewhere like Lagos State a place that has always had higher revenue, stronger systems, and more internally generated income. Now, compared to him, you’re still not there yet. But pause for a second Would you say nothing has changed in your life? Would you reject your own progress simply because Lagos is still ahead? This is where many people miss the point. Because this is not just a story. This is Nigeria from my perspective. The new CEO represents the President. The salary increase represents increased allocations to state governments. The welfare package represents what is going to local governments. So yes Lagos may still be ahead. But that does not cancel the fact that more resources are now coming in across the board. Which brings us to the real issue: If more money is coming in… Why are people not feeling it? If your salary increased and your life is still hard… If welfare was introduced and nothing has changed… Then maybe the problem is not the CEO. Maybe the problem is what is happening at your own level. Hold your governors accountable. Hold your local governments accountable. Because Lagos didn’t become Lagos by excuses it became Lagos by structure, systems, and responsibility. And progress is not about who is ahead of you. It’s about whether your own situation is improving. WHO IS YOUR GOVERNOR WHO IS YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN Alabi Opeyemi Oladimeji

Lol. coming from people who worship a human being😂 If there's anything that "never make sense" is Christianity. The most confused people on earth. The man you claimed to be God is born by a woman. Who, according to you, was killəd, said he diəd for your sins. So, your "supposed" God couldn't protect himself and let his enemies k¡lled him. Now your God is deàd for your sins. More confusing.. why didn't he forgave your sins, if he was truly a God instead of dy¡ng for them?😂😂😂 But wait.. how is it possible that God even died?🤔 Who are you worshipping now? His statue you hanged on the cross? If there's anything that doesn't make any sense, it's your delusional beliefs. And Jesus PBUH is not de@d. “They did not kill him, nor did they crucify him — but it was made to appear so to them.” (Qur'an 4:157) So FYI; nobody gives af about what makes sense to you, Kafir.

Everyday, they are asking what women bring to the table and attacking them for only bringing bumbum. Woman finally brings 4 bedroom duplex, dem wan carry am go one bedroom for Mowe because “provision is your shield.” Woman brings money to the table, dem say make you no let woman contribute to the house because her money is her money and dem no dey collect woman money. Dirty African Masculinity. Arrogant in poverty! They really don’t know how to date successful women

@Fancyh74279 @yxyiagain He won the Coppa Italia Serie D with Sansovino in 2002–03. The statement "never won anything in his managerial career" is wrong. You can say "major trophy" but not "never won anything"

@honeychukwu I can relate to this. I once gave a petty trader woman 20k to support her business, and picked a bag of sachet water. As I was about to leave, she asked me for the #500 for the water. I was shocked.

Hey big man, good morning, I really appreciate this. But honestly, his apology isn’t needed, I am following up on his case and be sure he’d be made to face the consequences for his actions.. Necessary steps have been taken both criminal and legal suits that have been approved.. Things will be done in the most appropriate way so no one will cry “oppression “ when the time comes.. Thank you again❤️
