The 16th edition of Trends in Brewing will take place 6 - 9 April 2025 in Leuven with 'Innovations in Products and Processes' as central theme. Specific sessions and speakers will be released during the coming months. Keep an eye on our website and social media!

Had an honour to present my PhD research on #priorityeffects in #beer at @TrendsInBrewing in Ghent. Feeling thankful for all the talks, discussions and new people I met. Special thanks go to @bartlievens1, @TadashiFukami and @LucasANell who immensely helped this come about!

Our successful 15th edition was closed with a marvellous dinner at Handelsbeurs in the centre of Gent. We thank all our 340 participants (coming from > 20 countries) for their valuable contribution to the symposium. Also a big thank-you to our sponsors for their generous support.

Great talk by Michiel about his endeavors to exploit A.I. to unravel #beer #aroma at the @TrendsInBrewing conference. Jealous of his skills to explain such a complex topic! And we continue to make better yeasts too…Soon, beer (and lesser beverages 😃) will be better than ever!
