I will think of you less if you fall for this nostalgia bait. A caves update was the most wished for thing, even more than an end update was. What caves and cliffs did for minecraft revolutionized the game to a point that i would call it "Minecraft 2" back then.

@sugarfern__ True, like its a nice tone of gray we didnt have yet but its a bit hard to work with it since most other grays have a colder tone. Has a kinda nice contrast with purpur of all things though, like nothing crazy but its pupur so I'll take anything I can get

@chubshrub I thought it was fine as a little taste of the aesthetic and what the characters are like, asume full show would be mostly episodic without any super major ongoing plot. Plus theres clearly a beginning of the "problem" and an end where there characters solve it

@Avesvery @themodderG Have you tryed setting your game to "moody" on the brightness setting? Most people (myself included) tends to default to the bright setting while playing, which can take away from the original look of the game. Theres also stuff like this you could try modrinth.com/resourcepack/d…

@Treppy2 I am always the first to advocate for equally distributed unique features, and nice looking textures. all the vanilla tools look kinda simple for my tastes. I'm just glad you aren't the kind of person to get mad ad me for liking copper tools, uncommon but all to memorable :(

@Bleu_2ay Plus idk it felt a little like mojang kinda gave up on the concept that copper was the tinkering and building ore and went for some what would please most como denominator players. I feel similarly about giving dogs armor

@SirBac0nFace I think a good way to make the place more dangerous would be to make so any explosions on the biome would cause toxic clouds to form for a bit, that makes so the big danger only can happen with some sort of player interaction, be via creeper or tnt

How I think the Sulfur Caves can be improved: -Rename spikes to spires, they aren't as dangerous as dripstone, feels misleading -Spikes should generate way less so it feels less like a dripstone cave -Potent sulfur that is exposed should create toxic gas columns, adding- (1/3)

@zhntm @Treppy2 it's designed as a reward in itself, being able to bring a dinosaur back to life. Wish they pushed this aspect, adding the whole plant sniffing kinda distracted the attention from it ? If it like shed flowers growing on it, peoples would have found 1 or 2 flower variants fine
