For this role, we're looking for a self-starter with interest in low-level computing -- maybe a CS background? You'll be working with concepts like sampling rates of various resources in runtimes like the JVM or Go to help identify anomalies and trends in Profiling data.

A new @datadoghq feature my team and I have worked on has officially gone live (public beta) now: Watchdog Insights for Continuous Profiler 🎉 The idea is to automate some of the problem analysis and solution proposal a profiling expert on your team might provide.

@TrestleJeff Our agile seating setup means every day I get to plug in a new keyboard and at some point in the day realize that caps lock means caps lock and not ctrl.
