3:45 and it's not close. As someone that spent 10 years training to run 1500m and then bits and pieces of the last 20 years training for 26.2 the mile will always be my favorite distance to race. Plus good chance I'm going well under 2:05 if I can go 3:45.

It's not crazy to be skeptical of a WR in any endurance event or any event in track & field. Sorry if my skepticism bothers you. It's 2026. Brands are businesses and people will buy $500 sneakers to run times an hour slower than the OTQ.

I tell the boys I teach all the time that gambling is terrible. It’s a problem with teenage dudes. We are going to see record numbers of addiction in the next decade.

This is sad. I know as a politician these companies are going to spend a billion dollars against me for saying it but 🤷🏽♀️ Pervasive gambling is not good for society. It turns life into a casino, traps people in addiction & debt, surges domestic violence, and fosters manipulation.
