I'm personally buzzing to watch University Challenge host Amol Rajan, mathematician Prof Hannah Fry, comedian James Acaster and actress Miranda Hart 😂

With Frodo returning for the new Lord of the Rings film, I was reminded of this classic Graham Norton clip with Elijah Wood and Robin Williams.
Elijah casually mentions that Hobbiton is a real place you can actually visit. Graham laughs it off and says it’s not, and then Robin Williams takes over and runs with it like only he can 😂
At the end, as Graham is mocking Hobbiton again, Robin says to him: “Good luck getting into New Zealand, asshole!” 😭
Robin really was a legend on chat shows, so quick, unpredictable, and endlessly entertaining.

After beating Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke, Timothée Chalamet, Jesse Plemons and Michael B. Jordan to win Best Actor in a Leading Role at Sunday night's Baftas, I Swear star Robert Aramayo singled out one of his fellow nominees.
Aramayo, who played Scottish Tourette's campaigner John Davidson MBE in the acclaimed film, said: "When I was in school, Ethan Hawke came in to speak to us at Juilliard and he gave an amazing talk on longevity as an actor, about protecting your instrument and avoiding self destructive behaviors.
“And it had a really great impact on everyone in that room. So to be in this category with you tonight is incredible. Thank you Ethan.”
In response, a clearly touched Hawke appeared to say: "That's better than winning."

One of the actors from I Swear, a film about the life of Tourette’s sufferer John Davidson, has come out in support of him following the BAFTAs controversy. The film is based on Davidson’s life, and he also appears in it.
At the ceremony, Davidson was heard shouting several profanities, including a derogatory term aimed at Black people, as a result of his condition.
His co-star stressed that Tourette’s is a neurological disorder people have no control over and that John had every right to attend the BAFTAs.

This video of an Uber driver with Tourettes Syndrome in the US was made famous because her passenger couldn't pronounce the condition and became known as TREX and shows several dimensions of this condition.
I first met someone with Tourettes in Scunthorpe while volunteering for my church. The lady attended the same church and her husband was a church Elder. During dinner, she suddenly screamed and came out with several F-words. It was not something I would have expected nor ever imagined could happen. But it did. My young, sanctimonious and self righteous self was initially shocked at what just happened.
That 21y/o boy from East London had never come across this before. I was educated well that evening by the lady and learned an important lesson. I learned the importance of being a bit less quick to judge and condemn. That there are people among us who go through things they have no control over, and but for the grace of God go I.
Fast forward to today, and I am reminded how tolerance in society still has a very long way to go - especially for those we don't understand. It knows no race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality etc. Just saying 😔
(Excuse the very strong language in this video. It is not shared as a great example of safe driving either)
