@openclaw @steipete just want to flag that Venice AI has no privacy/security model; they are a middleman sitting between users and AI, observing all plaintext prompts/responses (the definition of an eavesdropper). we've flagged this publicly and have not gotten a response

So, basically, the only perennial FUD point for VVV just evaporated. Externally verifiable privacy for your LLM usage. Finally. Time to level up. “Every major AI company stores your conversations. Every prompt, every response. Saved, analyzed, and available to employees, third-parties, hackers, and governments. We believe ubiquitous mass surveillance is an unethical foundation on which to build society. So Venice was built on a different principle: you don't need to protect what you don't have” Vires in numeris.

Venice is not really private. ( $VVV ) To be clear, Venice itself doesn’t log user data, and there isn’t a centralized company harvesting prompts. But inference is handled by GPU DePIN networks like Akash and Hyperbolic, where individuals like you and me, or data centers, provide spare compute. That means the machine executing your prompt is not under your control. And without cryptography, there’s no way to prove that those machines aren’t logging anything. Provider rotation reduces persistent tracking, yes. But rotation is not the same as privacy. The computation itself isn’t encrypted. The node processing your prompt can see it. And remember: the cloud is just someone else’s computer. If you want actual privacy for AI inferencing today, the strongest option is running models locally via something like @Ollama. It’s straightforward to set up, but larger models require beefy hardware. The next best path is encrypted inference. Open-source models can be hosted on platforms that run inference with privacy-enhancing technologies underneath, so you still get a ChatGPT-like experience, but the execution remains encrypted. I’m not saying Venice is malicious. I’m saying there’s a difference between “we don’t log” and “it’s cryptographically impossible to log.” This was a big topic last year. More context below.

$SOFI responds to Muddy Waters report: 1. SoFi strongly denies the claims made in a recent report by short seller Muddy Waters, stating the report is factually inaccurate, misleading, and shows a fundamental lack of understanding of SoFi's business. 2. SoFi is exploring potential legal action against Muddy Waters in response to the publication of the report. 3. SoFi accuses Muddy Waters of intentionally deceiving investors to erode shareholder value, allowing the short seller to quickly profit by covering their short positions immediately upon the report's publication. 4. The company emphasizes that its financial statements strictly conform to U.S. GAAP and SEC rules, and highlights that it is a highly regulated bank holding company overseen by the Federal Reserve and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

New short report on $SOFI called them the modern-day Enron. LOL SoFi CEO Anthony Noto says thank you for the dip opportunity and bought more! 28,900 shares @ $17.32 (only possible after the short report), totalling a $500k purchase!

Dear Adam, We too love NFTs and want to see the best collections succeed. That includes ours. It's called @GLHFers. As a gamer, I think you'll love the art & spirit of the collection, which was inspired by the golden age of gaming (the 80's & 90s). There is a unique mechanic at the heart of it: The final 100 or so NFTs in the collection contract are still unminted. These final 100 pieces are all 1/1s (I've attached some examples), hand crafted by our founding artist, and they get auctioned very slowly over time (Nouns style: 24hour english auction) - sometimes just one piece at a time. It will likely take us years to mint these remaining pieces. But here's the kicker: All funds raised from auctions are used to buy-&-burn the floor of the collection. This means that auctions for our 1/1s create deflationary pressure on the collection, making it more scarce over time, and helping ensure the collection ends up in the hands of true long-term collectors. Previous auctions have settled between 2 - 20 ETH. Because of this deflationary flywheel & buy pressure, some people call GLHFers "the hyperliquid of NFTs". So far, 520 NFTs within the collection have been bought & burned - almost 15% of the collection. Hundreds more will be burned over the years ahead. Here's what I'd like to propose: 1. We'd love to create an uber-grail 1/1 for you, which we can put up for auction. Every 1/1 comes with a *special ability* - so we could engineer a character who's special ability is for you to receive the NFTs that are swept using the auction funds. This would give you BOTH a unique 1/1 (handcrafted by our artist for you) that lives within the collection, AND a collection of GLHFers that are swept using the auction funds, which you can distribute to the collectors as you mentioned in your post. (nb: alternatively, there's another approach we can take to avoid the auction format but achieve a similar outcome!) 2. We should also discuss a collab/partnership between hv-mtl and our game, Gigaverse. Gigaverse is one of the most-played crypto-native games of the last 12 months, and our main game character, Giga Noob, has the fastest growing web2 socials in the industry. There's plenty we can do, and it would be great to jam on ideas together live. Let me know if you're down to chat!

I really want to support a collection today since its Sunday but this time Im asking the entire X community to give me some suggestions! I promise to buy a 1/1 grail from that collection and post it up to give it some extra attention and visibility. Please comment on this post (not DM) with the NFTs name, where I can find it, why I should support it and what grail you think I should try to go after. I will make a decision by tomorrow night so feel free to share and repost this to get as many different suggestions in as possible! To make this even more fun I will pledge $5000 (approx 2.5 ETH lol) and also buy some floors from that collection to give away to some new collectors who might find money a little bit tight right now but show intrest in the space.
