@tsh: I used AI for the first time a few weeks ago to generate discussion questions for a virtual all-staff meeting. I edited all of the questions before using the ones I selected, but it definitely saved time. One set of questions were for a TED Talk we all had watched.

@MichaelHyatt: Did you know that you can now preview a text message and mark it as unread on the iPhone? Just learned tonight. If my memory is correct, managing text messages while on vacation was mentioned on ‘Business Accelerator’ in the last five episodes.

@nkybeth: I type my messages in a Word doc (saved by month) and then transcribe them into the card. The docs then serve as a reference for what I’ve sent in the past and I recycling some wording, especially when it comes to sympathy cards that I send with the book ‘Tear Soup.’

The docs were able to extubate Michael successfully after a few tries today and he’s awake and responsive. First thing he said to me in a gravelly voice: “Hi, love.” I cried. Now me & our kids need to get healthy to get home. Thanks for all your prayers!

@MelissaMoore77 From @bobgoff, I picked up the practice of putting a person’s worse day into my calendar and sending a note of love/encouragement on these hard anniversaries.

Many of us have expressed our frustration with how people have interacted with us in our grief (they repeat too many thoughtless platitudes & quote the wrong verses, etc. and etc. and ETC.) but we don't talk as often about the helpful ways people have supported us in our grief.
