@TrinityCaptain Cardano is going in the right direction. The current drama is unnecessary. Key IO proposals will be approved. IO can resubmit. Governance needs coordination. DReps must have the right context. Only then can it be prioritized correctly.

Charles is considering changes to governance and becoming a DRep. I'm wondering what impact it would have on governance if Charles were making decisions about proposals. What do you think?

@JaromirTesar I understand ur perspective & agree to it as well. But I don’t want Cardano to disappear into oblivion until we decide the best course of action. We need to come to a common ground for optimum functioning and sustaining of cardano.

I believe that everyone has one goal: to make Cardano successful. We need to define success. If it is decentralization, including governance, we need to think about a system that will work. The current one is inefficient in many ways. But the solution is not for FEs to become DReps and start deciding who gets funding. That would take us back to a centralized system. FEs would decide on the Treasury supposed to be in the hands of the community.
