Spoke at The Whalies yesterday on "How To Turn Performance Data Into Winning Creative. One of the points I covered was if the only data your team looks at is your ad dashboard, you're missing about 80% of what's actually useful. Your customer support tickets are the most honest focus group you'll ever get. The words people use to complain are the same words that belong in your ads. The 3-star reviews on your competitor's best product will tell you more about what's missing in your category than any strategy deck. Your dashboard tells you what worked. Everything else tells you why. Thanks to the @triplewhale crew for another great event.

The amount of times I’ve seen people try to vibe code Triple Whale is crazy. "I thought Triple Whale was just a dashboard." The dashboard is free. Save your Claude usage for something else.
