@jondeparra Interested to learn what the split is between those that take free trial and 30 day paid trial, if the paid trial is just an anchor to boost trial start rate on the 3 day trial.

If you've been running paywall tests and are still struggling with increasing ARPU try this "Design your trial" test. You have an annual product at N dollars with a 3-day trial. And the same product with a PAID 30-day trial at either your highest ARPU weekly price minus $2-3 or monthly price minus $5. Every time I run this test it performs very well across pretty much all app categories!

⚠️ Deal almost got ruined thanks to @stripe Active clients with payment info and subscriptions is the most sensitive part of the deal - where the most value is. You can't mess that up And migrating from ours to the buyer's Stripe was a complete nightmare! 🥵 - Doc and AI bot are unclear, sometimes contradictory - They have only support by email with answer every 3-4 days. - No one will come on a live chat - No one will come on a live call - You can't publicly reach on X because its confidential You're completely left alone and powerless on the most sensitive part. Meanwhile you're dangerously exposed: - all your other assets like codebase have been transferred - the buyer can still legally withdraw Every hour without answer feels like forever, the deal is blocked, and you never know what can happen. They should offer LIVE support for migrations/acquisitions, with staff making sure all is smooth and safe for end customers. When you're worth $100B+ I think you can afford this... I'm considering even switching payment providers to anticipate any other exit, unless something changes
