@EmmaCastilloA We were onboard too, still waiting. I have emailed the MSC contact centre in the UK a couple of times and have been told that they are aware of the ships refund offer, they are waiting for instructions from head office. I hope they don’t decide to mess us all around.

@easyJet Hello, I’ve had an email to say that my return flight from Basel in December has been cancelled and have been moved onto a flight the following day, which doesn’t suit me. The only viable option is to get home via Berlin. Who can I talk to about this please?

@cunardline There’s no point, I’ve already escalated it through the complaints team. Apparently lots of people have complained (surprise surprise) and if you “refunded my deposit, you’d have to refund everyone’s”. I expected better from Cunard, much better.

@askryanair Hi, I’ve been trying to complete the EU261 form for a cancelled flight in December. But this message keeps coming up and won’t let me proceed. The details are all correct and I am selecting the cancelled flight. Is there another way I can submit my expenses claim?

@Lucy_Worsley @nationaltrust My mum & her siblings grew up on a farm behind Greenway, they used to play in the gardens with Agatha’s staff’s children. Agatha was involved with the local Primary School (Galmpton), my aunt won a writing competition and had tea with her on the terrace at Greenway.

Had one of my most exciting days EVER as a historical researcher in ... um ... Agatha Christie’s bathroom linen cupboard. ‘No one’s opened these boxes for years’ said my host. Immensely grateful to ⁦@nationaltrust⁩ staff for making a researcher welcome in a busy week.
