@PeakHobby Also Bandai doesn’t print nearlyyy as much as Pokemon does. But if Bandai does ever decide to boost up print that should theoretically make the early sets a lot more valuable in the future

@PeakHobby Not likely even though I’m loving my OP collection. The long run problem is as big as OP is there eventually will be an ending, Pokemon kind of has the ability to keep reinventing itself to newer generations of people and can keep slowly making new Pokemon

His daughter traded a Sylveon ex (~$4) for a Mega Charizard X SIR (~$900) 😳 The other kid (and their parents) had no idea what the Charizard was worth. So the dad reached out and told them, and suggested they trade back. This illuminates an interesting gray area in the hobby: Kids trading what they like vs. adults knowing the value. @Tris10l @Cawfeeccino Example if we are at Walmart and you are first and I’m second. If they have 5 different items, and 5 of each item. If you go and buy up all the shit even if you are going to open all of it, Thats scalping.

You act like I haven’t been doing the same thing since January, and I’ve probably ripped 50 packs of hero’s. Scalping is not just reselling. You can still be a scalper if you grabbed all the product and ripped it. I’m talking at one point 3 times a week going by every store you can think of besides GameStop that sells Pokemon. If you went to Walmart and bought 5 of everything etbs etc. even if you are opening it all that’s still scalping.

#OnePiece TCG market will continue to go down until new boxes and packs either become way more affordable/closer to retail, or Bandai needs to print more. Hard to keep collecting when new boxes are limited and get sold around $300+. I feel it will go back up once that’s fixed

What I’d be collecting rn for #OnePiece are all the Pre-Errata cards. Don’t think the value of those are being fully realized rn. If not PE cards, alt arts from OP01-OP04. Bandai has specially stated they won’t reprint these sets again
