Sam El-Said says he was attacked by a group of teens while riding scooters home with his wife
He says they rode through a large crowd of teens gathered near the beach when someone threw a glass bottle that hit him in the face
After he stopped and got off his scooter, he says he was hit from behind, knocked to the ground, and then kicked and stomped
Police say El-Said was able to hold one of the teens until officers arrived. That suspect was arrested and cited for misdemeanor battery
