@rpandey1234 Right! But I’ll still ask / get asked “how do you know them” “what are they like” as a behavioral background check — sometimes even an “oh I met them at a conf, they seemed X, we talked about Y” is enough to give a signal one way or another

Do you accept connections from anyone on LinkedIn? I blindly accept all requests, and will continue to do so until I hit the 30K connection limit in the next 2 months Doesn't feel like there's a downside to having a larger network...

Not sure if this is a hot take, but I’m a really big fan of @BeReal_App There’s something unique about everyone taking a snapshot of their day at the exact same time. And it’s such a different dynamic - candid, private, authentic. Feels way more connected

@riscfuture I went to a financial site to try to grab a tax form and it was just hard down. A friend suggested it could be because it's the weekend before taxes are due, and none of the sites can handle the spike in traffic? Or the internet is useless.

I decided to use this time to prep my credit cards and phone for my upcoming London trip. So I opened three tabs, logged into three websites, and was greeted with this. The Internet is useless.

Update: someone answered like 3 minutes after I posted this. Also apparently there’s an online form and I could’ve avoided the whole 2 hours on hold thing, soooo, living my best life over here

I left my kindle on a @Delta flight and have been on hold for two hours now, just to ask if they found it. Do I give up, or keep waiting?
