I called congresswoman Peltola about 13 months ago and personally apologized. I was upset because she voted to permanently ban and defund any future office of gun violence prevention that myself and other survivors of gun violence for years to create. But I understand to win back the house and senate that means being willing to accept people I at times don’t agree with.
