Todd Achilles is running as an independent but he’s basically the Democrat candidate. If this poll is even remotely close to accurate the Republicans need to do serious soul searching right now.

I mean the case is simply saying that if the map is suspended if the referendum passes. I won’t say if it’s the strongest because I try to not predict courts unless I hear the questions of the judge. The referendum can still be rejected for a multitude of reasons including federal ones.
