IF this is in regards to the leak on downed pilot in Iran, almost impossible to believe Bureau could have found the purported source so quickly unless they got a court order for the journalist's communications. Source protection is tough, now even tougher.

Frustration is understandable and fair but this should raise serious questions about why there have been so many defections from the Tory ranks in the first place. 3 CPC MPs have crossed, 1 is a social conservative; the director of comms has left OLO; and there may be up to 9 more MPs considering leaving. At some point us conservatives are going to have to be introspective.

Marilyn Gladu is one of the most socially Conservative MP in the CPC, and she represents one of the most Conservative riding in Ontario, her decisions to cross the floor to Liberal is literally insane. At least other floor-crossers actually represents competitve ridings

Alright man I got a little choked up when the CJCS told the story of the WSO seeing his pilot get rescued first and being overjoyed about it.
His reason? Because he knew the pilot didn’t have a jacket.

I’m as big a Trump supporter as the next one, but I have to agree. This was a foreseeable conclusion when he began talking about (supposed) regime change in Iran and that we were dealing with more moderate leaders. Nobody has heard of who they are.
The simplest explanation is not that Trump is a master negotiator. It’s that he wanted to end war bc his pain tolerance maximum had been reached and he was willing to take any off ramp, even one that gave Iran a lot.

My view was this was a stupid war that never should have been started, but that once we started we had to see it through to an endpoint that clearly landed a defeat on Iran. Best I can say for things right now is that last night's terms appear to be a starting point. 1/

-Decimated a significant portion of Iran's military
-Is blowing up drug cartels

Many people, including some of his supporters, did not think he would do many of these things.
The claim that Iran "won" is completely detached from reality, as is the claim that the U.S. "caved".
Nothing has been agreed to. This is a temporary ceasefire that is highly unlikely to go anywhere.
The U.S. will never agree to what Iran is demanding and Iran can never accept what the U.S. is demanding. There is no foreseeable way to actually end the conflict.
The Gulf states must get involved militarily and join Israel and the U.S. if/when round 2 starts.
If boots are needed on the ground to seize the buried uranium and Kharg Island, it cannot just be the U.S. that puts soldiers on the ground. Israel and the Gulf states must participate by sending in some of their own forces — even if it's for an entirely different mission.

Why are we agreeing to a process that allows Iran to make “big money” so they can reconstruct? Reconstruct what? Everything we just destroyed? They would do this anyway, but idk why we would make it easier for them!

A big day for World Peace! Iran wants it to happen, they've had enough! Likewise, so has everyone else! The United States of America will be helping with the traffic buildup in the Strait of Hormuz. With the ceasefire announcement, I just want to remember the 13 soldiers who died during this campaign. The families of the fallen should be in our prayers.
I hope the president and those negotiating over the next two weeks remember their sacrifice. Do not let Iran get off easy.
