@Destiny2Team Please fix hob in epic dp, final stand counts as a damge phase on phase limit so if u don't one phase when you have phase limit on you wipe.

@DestinyTheGame Perhaps consider adjusting how strong health stat is in its entirety in PvE content, at least for me at the moment it isn't even being considered when I make builds for characters in EoF.
