Obama cancelled this NASA program for all the people who don’t pay attention.
Barack Obama@BarackObama

It was inspiring to watch the Artemis II launch yesterday — @NASA’s first crewed mission around the moon since 1972. Our space program has always captured an essential part of what it means to reach beyond what we thought was possible, and I hope the four brave astronauts on this mission will inspire a new generation to follow in their footsteps.

Birth tourism invasion in action! A Pregnant Nigerian couple flies to Michigan to drop an anchor baby! They admit to the officer it’s their plan! This is what the Leftist-Liberal Democrat-Socialists want to happen. This is a silent invasion. This is a way for citizens of the world to take advantage of our Welfare system. The system that we struggle taking care of our veterans and elderly with. This is what the SCOTUS is currently considering allowing to continue, and bankrupting our country, or stopping. If SCOTUS rules to continue … there will be an INFLUX of foreigners taking advantage of our kindness BUT our money and patience is running out!

Congressman, with respect — and I mean the bare minimum of respect required by decorum — I need to point out that your post commits petitio principii. That is Latin for "begging the question." You assumed your conclusion in your premise. You said the 14th Amendment is "clear," then described your preferred interpretation as proof it is clear. That is not an argument. That is a word salad with extra dressing. Let me offer some clarity, since the wheel appears to be spinning but the hamster fell off. You came to the United States as a LEGAL immigrant. You established permanent domicile. You went through the proper process. Congratulations — your experience is literally the factual scenario covered by Wong Kim Ark (1898). The executive order does not touch you or people like you. Legal permanent residents' children are SPECIFICALLY protected under EO 14160. So you are arguing passionately against a policy that would not have affected you at all. That is a special kind of confused. Now. The 14th Amendment is "clear," you say? Then answer this question. Why do the children of foreign diplomats NOT receive citizenship — even though they are physically born on American soil? Ambassadors' kids breathe American air. They are born in American hospitals. They are subject to American traffic laws. Why no citizenship? If you cannot answer that without acknowledging that jurisdiction means something MORE than geography, you have already conceded the argument. The AUTHOR of the citizenship clause, Senator Jacob Howard, said on the floor of the Senate in 1866 — on the record, in the Congressional Globe — that it "will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are FOREIGNERS or ALIENS." Senator Trumbull, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said "subject to the jurisdiction" means "not owing allegiance to anybody else." Every senator who voted for it agreed. ZERO dissent. You want to tell me Trump is rewriting the Constitution? Trump is READING the Constitution. The people who rewrote it are the ones who decided to silently delete the phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" and pretend it was never there. Also — one last thing, Congressman. As a Democrat elected to actually represent your constituents in Michigan, what specific legislation have you passed to help them? Not hashtags. Not press releases. Actual bills. Because from where I sit, almost every post on your feed is about what you are against. The people who sent you to Washington deserve to know what you are FOR — besides opposing a constitutional reading that your own immigration story does not even contradict. But what do I know — I am only a science teacher and retired Army combat medic who apparently reads the Congressional Globe for fun. #MAGA #Veterans #Trump

VIDEO: Police still searching for shooter that left Richardson high school student paralyzed @FOX4 ... RICHARDSON, Texas - New details have been revealed regarding the shooting near a Richardson shooting that left a high school student paralyzed from the waist down. Court records reveal that before the shooting on March 19, over 500 people attended a "twerk pajama party" being held at a building off South Sherman Street in Dallas. Dallas Police dispersed the crowd shortly after it started, leading 50 to 100 of the attendees to go to the Waffle House in Richardson on Spring Valley Road. Records reveal that the incident began after an argument over a girl led to 18-year-old Taylor Griffin punching another person, who left the scene. 17-year-old Charles Webster then reportedly punched another person who was associated with the victim who left, after which a black male pulled out a gun and began shooting. A witness told police multiple people pulled out guns and began shooting. Court documents state a 16-year-old friend of Seth Jackson, who was shot during the incident, was one of the individuals shooting a gun. Several days after the shooting, Richardson Police arrested Griffin and Webster for their involvement and charged them with engaging in organized criminal activity. Griffin admitted that he punched someone before identifying his cousin Webster to police. "I just want to make sure that people know that my boys did not shoot anyone," Tieaster Colley, the mother of Griffin and aunt of Webster, told FOX 4's David Sentendrey. "I think this may be a way they want answers that they do not have, and they feel like maybe Taylor and Charles can give them those answers," she continued. Colley said her son did not discuss punching someone with her before he was arrested. She also does not recognize the person seen shooting a gun in video of the incident. Colley believes Richardson Police are hoping that the two give up the name of the shooter, who has still not been apprehended. 18-year-old Seth Jackson was shot during the March 19 incident and is now permanently paralyzed from the waist down. James Jackson says his son was involved in the fight after he saw one of his friends getting attacked. In videos of the shooting sent to FOX 4, Jackson does not appear to be anywhere near the shooter. "He saw five guys jump on his friend, so out of knee-jerk reaction he kind of headed over there," James said. "So he just headed over there and never made it within 10–15 feet." James says his son worked two jobs and played on the Richardson High School basketball team. He also says Seth had been accepted to the University of Houston, and he already had an apartment rented for the fall semester. Now, his father is figuring out how to make his home ADA compliant. "I’ve got to go around the house and get a carpenter to modify the bathroom doors. We’ve got to remodel his bathroom." Griffin and Webster remain in jail on $50,000 bond each. Richardson Police said they do not have any updates on potential new arrests.
