@Uber_Support on 15 March I booked a flight through the Uber app. I traveled on the flight 15 April. I had a promotion which said I would receive £20 credit within 10 days of taking the flight. It hasn't landed in my account. Why not?

@UberUKI_Support Neither of those links do what you say. The 1st one is a dead link and the 2nd takes me to FAQ sub page which tells me to follow breadcrumbs to the exact same FAQ page. Neither is a chatbot (dedicated or otherwise). This is an @Uber promotion issue not an airline one.

It seems it was all a bit outside that operative's general expertise. Suggestion was the Technical advisor would be better at the nuance. People have probably been trying this all day though.

@sjwatkinson @ace_national @CommonsDCMS @HMRCgovuk @derekbond Just off the HMRC online messenger. I couldn't quite get an 'It is/isn't taxable' in writing. The operative I was on with stuck the 'it depends' line, but did seem to err on the side of not taxable.

Any clear and definitive guidance on @ace_national emergency grant being taxable? Email from ACE today says it is, but @CommonsDCMS said otherwise at the time (questions-statements.parliament.uk/written-questi…) and seeing mixed responses from @HMRCgovuk on social media.
