@CoachLeach16 @FunkFlashyRob 100% agreed. Implementing shot clocks is a must. A lot of states in the US use them in HS hoops and every country uses them in Europe. Maine hoops is behind times and needs to catch up.

@TroyBarnies @FunkFlashyRob Agreed. Give them a five year heads up. We are setup for it in all playoff arenas from the quarterfinals on. That’s a great start that can be implemented at any time.

Welcome. No shot clock in HS hoops is a disservice to the athletes. Especially in Maine with the geographic we have and how some teams need to play.

@CoachLeach16 @FunkFlashyRob Side note: I understand that means all programs need to buy and install shot clocks in all gyms but that’s an investment I think needs to be made.

@CoachLeach16 @FunkFlashyRob Yup! I’ve followed Maine HS sports over the years (and obv played myself) & know it’s a vital piece missing to upgrade the level. In Europe (I’ve been here for 15 years) they have ppl do the shot clocks for small amounts of money. It shouldn’t be a problem in the states
