The worst is how one-sided this is. Nobody thinks it's valid to blame Bernie or Maddow for Steve Scalise's near-fatal shooting, even though the shooter was their huge fan. Same with a leftist's politically motivated murder of the gay Dutch anti-immigrant politician Pim Fortuyn.

Media and political activists instantly blamed their political enemies for the Colorado Springs massacre, even when they knew nothing about the killer let alone their motives. Every ideology has "inspired" violent acts, but this tactic is even worse when untethered to facts.

I’m thinking about this. The left is a secular religion. It’s eschatology is man becoming god. The promised land is fully automated luxury communism. It has original sin, hierarchy. It has missionaries and devotees in the woke. Reply if you have thoughts on this.
