@pcfino And this is why I truly believe that within the top 30% we should just move to a lottery along with some discretion from the PO who can work to balance the overall portfolio

@l_giangregorio @GoodLifeFitness It starts early - my teenage (athlete) daughter won’t go to the local gym to lift because it’s full of (grunting, stinky) guys.

An interesting observation at the @GoodLifeFitness morning: lots of middle aged and older adults strength training, which is awesome. But the weight room was all men. The women were in a class with bands and tiny hand weights. Except me, and a woman lifting with a trainer.

@BiomechanicsDay @WPI @WPI_BME Here it is in action! The platform calculates jump height, velocity and power, lights up, and shoots a ball into the air! Separately, you can jump to touch the rings. Some kids were even interested in the data :)

What a great day on @WPI campus! Our @WPI_BME students all presented their senior projects today. I am proud of my two design teams. This group created a cool outreach demo (involving jumping) that they presented as part of @BiomechanicsDay — with great success.
