The house is its own branch of Government. Even the vote on the, Save America act passed congress, but the senate are afraid to vote for it in a majority vote, as they don't all support Trump. Trump cannot do much alone. Its not down to one man. He has called for release. He is the one that called for investigation the led to the Epstein arrest in his first term.
