First of all, I would like to thank you for your constructive feedback. The portfolio was posted in Notes a few minutes ago. You did not have the ability to message me directly (other than through the public channel we are using right now), nor any members of my team involved with the Stratosphere service. I mentioned this to you previously. The individual who was responsible for support prior to your payment unlawfully appropriated the bot, the StratosphereBot page on X, and all subscriber funds by abusing the access that had been granted to him. And yes, of course, this is not your problem. It is ours, and we are actively working to resolve it. I have heard your feedback regarding email notifications and the inconvenience of Telegram, and I will make sure this information is passed along to the Stratosphere team. Please also note that I am not trying to hide this issue or move the conversation behind closed doors. I am responding to you publicly. On a personal note, please accept my deepest apologies once again. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused.

I am offering my feedback as a client and as constructive. Per your instructions, I deleted the StratosphereBot, where I was able to view changes to the portfolio. I cannot view them now, for example, the details when taking a position in #SSO. I was able - before transferring USDT to your public address - to DM you on X. So that has not always been the case. I maintain a secondary email address that has been perfectly anonymous and private. Likewise with texting (Google phone numbers). There is no delay. The Telegram UX is clunky. It crashes, has slow media downloads, inconsistent notifications, and provides updates that introduce new issues. And of course, it is not *secure*, as has been made clearly plain with this "force majeur" event.

Let me address each point individually. “The process to view and see portfolio changes has changed and is not intuitive.” What exactly are you referring to? What has changed, and more importantly, where? As recently as Friday, you were receiving portfolio images through the bot. Today is the first business day since the incident, and today is the first day you are seeing how things will work going forward. This is a temporary force majeure situation. “The X/Telegram accounts/platform have been compromised.” That is correct. This is a force majeure situation. That said, the platform itself was not hacked. It was taken over by an individual who had previously been communicating with subscribers through the StratosphereBot DM system on X. “I cannot DM you on X…” That has always been the case. “…and the Telegram communication costs 10,000 ‘stars’, whatever those are.” That has always been the case as well. “I am disappointed and feel this is sketchy.” I am truly sorry that you feel disappointed. I would reiterate that this situation is entirely temporary and the result of an extraordinary force majeure event. “Why not use a simpler method, such as email, to push notifications and post the portfolio?” There are several reasons. First, it would require us to collect subscribers’ personal information, which we have consciously chosen not to do. Second, there is a significant risk that email notifications would be filtered into spam folders, along with potentially substantial delays between sending and delivery. Third, email notifications may have been a reasonable solution 15 years ago, but technology has advanced considerably since then. There are also technical limitations related to publishing a live portfolio through email, among other considerations. Please be patient and remain calm while we work through this situation. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
