Allegations this time is alleged dowry demand & harassment. Police calls both the parties, asks them to reconcile. Husband family isn't willing but they're asked to comply. They have to take her back. She stays for just one week more and then leaves again. This time she goes to police and accuses 70 year old father-in-law of Rape. In one statement she says both husband & father-in-law raped, in other statement she accuses only FIL That 70 year old man has been in Jail for the last 4 months. Lower court rejected his bail saying charges against him are "very serious" No medical proof. History of marital dispute. This family has CCTV footage that just around that time this elderly man was at his shop. But still no bail. And then feminists want #MaritalRape law without any safeguards so that lacs of husbands can land in Jail as rapists just because the marriage didn't work
