> That amount of evidence is enough to stop being irrationnaly skeptical
I love it when you act like I didn't used to believe in evolution. Increased knowledge is what made me a skeptic. Let me ask you something... When in your life have you ever actually stopped to research creationist theories? You've only ever heard one perspective and then consider yourself informed.
> meanwhile, you have no evidence for your own theory
Demonstrates my point perfectly.
English

@True_Zenith @reddit_lies Adaptation is evolution.
That amount of evidence is enough to stop being irrationnaly skeptical and assume evolution is the correct conclusion.
meanwhile, you have no evidence for your own theory. which is why you try to get rid of the burden of proof. cuz you can't deal with it
English

@eyweimi @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies I just realized you didn't answer my question yet again. If you can't engage honestly, there's no reason to continue.
English

@True_Zenith @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies The Bible is not inerrant, univocal, or the word of God; it's Jewish mythology.
If Adam was created physically immortal, the Tree of Life serves no purpose in the story.
You're contradicting scripture again — that's why you're upset.
English

@eyweimi @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies > it's Jewish mythology
The Bible pre-dates the Jews.
> If Adam was created physically immortal, the Tree of Life serves no purpose in the story.
Where else is the Tree of Life mentioned, and in what capacity?
> You're contradicting scripture again
Where?
English

@Simon__BD @reddit_lies > every evidences indicate
To use a line we theists here often: "evidence isn't proof."
> all organisms do evolve, even right now
Adaptation is not evolution.
English

@True_Zenith @reddit_lies It is proven. I don't in what world you're living but every evidences indicate that all organisms do evolve, even right now.
The very reason why you can eat cheese is because our guts have mutated to disgest cow milk.

@Markoos88 @KatelynTweeter Sociopaths think not killing someone is just as virtuous as helping someone.
English

@KatelynTweeter If you're so pro-life go donate one of your kidneys.
It's that simple.
English

@Markoos88 @hage8675309 @KatelynTweeter It is if you’re the reason the individual requires access to a kidney.
English

@hage8675309 @KatelynTweeter Yeah not donating one of your kidneys must be unintentional killing of inconvenient humans.

@True_Zenith @reddit_lies Im not conceding anything you goof. People like you aren't amenable to reason. You are essentially a flat earther. You arent to be debated but just laughed at until you actually educate yourself. This 'debate' ended a century plus ago.
English

@nksantucci @reddit_lies Reply again with something other than an argument and you're getting blocked.
English

@True_Zenith @reddit_lies It would be like showing a fish how to speak german. Even after teaching you it would be a waste of time becuase of how retarded you are.

@StefanMolyneux > dysfunctional people treat strangers infinitely better than family

MAGA man caught on camera texting "Call ICE" at high school graduation—because there are too many "Mexican names."
"Man Hispanics everywhere! Every other name is Mexican! We are being overrun!" he writes.
"ICE needs to raid this graduation!"
The Farmersville High School graduation ceremony was held at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center in Allen, Texas.

> The author of Genesis didn't have Paul's concept of spiritual death.
Funny, because all books of the Bible have the same author. They're just penned by different people.
> God defines the consequence of the fruit as physical death: "You are dust, and to dust you shall return."
Indeed, and Adam does, in fact, die. He would have been physically immortal without the fruit. I'm not sure why you're having such a difficult time understanding there are multiple deaths. I'm also getting exceedingly tired of you ignoring my questions.
What is death according to scripture?
English

@True_Zenith @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies The author of Genesis didn't have Paul's concept of spiritual death. Gen 3:19, God defines the consequence of the fruit as physical death: "You are dust, and to dust you shall return." If Adam died spiritually that day, God wouldn't need to block him from the Tree of Life later.
English

@eyweimi @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies Answer the question, kid. I'm not in the mood for sophistry and passive-aggressive nonsense.
English

@True_Zenith @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies Ok so you're inventing scripture now...
There are no priests in 1 Kings 22, only prophets.
English

@eyweimi @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies 1. What is an angel?
2. Who is the intermediary between God and man?
3. Most importantly, what is "Christ"?
Per usual, the perception of contradiction is the result of a lack of understanding.
English

@True_Zenith @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies The New Testament explicitly rejects this.
Hebrews 1 states God spoke through messengers in the past, but only now through the Son. Gal 3:19 and Acts 7:53 explicitly state the Exodus law was delivered by regular angels, not Jesus.
You're contradicting your own scriptures.
English

@eyweimi @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies Not at all. The priests were the initiators because the priests did not have God. Again, I will ask: what is God?
English

@True_Zenith @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies God asked for a volunteer to deceive.
He is the initiator.
English

@eyweimi @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies Interesting. I didn't know that. Well, God was right. Adam did die when he ate the fruit.
I will ask again: what is death from a biblical perspective?
English

@True_Zenith @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies The Hebrew text of Genesis 2:17 uses the phrase בְּיוֹם, which translates to "in the day." It is paired with the infinitive מוֹת תָּמוּת, meaning "you shall surely die." The phrase בְּיוֹם elsewhere in Genesis (like Gen 2:4 or Gen 5:1) denotes an immediate, time frame.
Română

@eyweimi @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies Indeed. God is just choosing not to stop him. God is not doing the deceiving.
English

@True_Zenith @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies God asks for a volunteer to deceive: "Who will entice Ahab?"
The spirit proposes a lie: "I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets."
God commands the execution: "You are to entice him, and you shall succeed; go out and do so."
English

> Self-proofing = circular logic.
That's not circular logic. It simply means that one interpretation of scripture cannot be contradicted by other parts of scripture while utilizing the same hermeneutic technique. Interpreting scripture is bounded by logic.
> Science updates its consensus based on new, testing-driven data that anyone can verify.
Okay. Still waiting on the verification of evolution, the creation of the universe, and creating self-sustaining life from inert matter.
> you just use your own interpretation of an ancient Jewish book
There is only one accurate interpretation of the Bible, and I'm fairly certain there is only one man who has ever lived who had it.
English

@True_Zenith @Unknown48519302 @Do1Bitch @reddit_lies Self-proofing = circular logic.
Thank you for admitting it.
Science updates its consensus based on new, testing-driven data that anyone can verify. Your theology doesn't use data; you just use your own interpretation of an ancient Jewish book.
