calling someone a scammer for 12 chargebacks in 1000 orders is diabolical. either you’ve never run real volume or you don’t know how ecom works. most customers don’t chargeback because of “issues.” they do it because they can. banks ask zero questions. friendly fraud is rampant. for context, industry standard is around 2%. my last chargeback? dude said “i couldn’t figure out how to start a return so i called my bank.” 💀 when all he had to do was email us, clearly stated in the policy. this system is killing ecom lowkey.

Even through all the pain & struggle of being back at square one trying a new approach, it’s kind of a bit fun building.
