@rockstar12901@ToddCordell No he didn’t lol. Mcdavid had a better season. Bouchard got points because of Mcdavid. Ever noticed when Conner doesn’t get points nether did Bouchard? No of course not you’re an Oiler fan with zero hockey knowledge. Bouchard can’t spell defence. Give me a break.
An underrated part of Edmonton's horrible Tristan Jarry-Stuart Skinner trade: including Brett Kulak.
Last night he led Colorado in 5v5 ice (by nearly 2 minutes), had 0 offensive zone starts, and was still only on for 1 goal against.
Seems like a solid player!
@ToddCordell 5 years of being a 3rd pair defenseman for the Oilers but one good defensive game for him on the best team in the NHL and he “seems like a solid player”? What is this top tier level rage bait man. It’s working.
Jason Robertsons on if his future is with the Dallas Stars.
“When anyone thinks of top teams in the NHL, they think of Dallas. So it’s been great. It's been great being a part of that for so long, and you get so used to it, so you don't really understand the dark sides of hockey not being at that peak. So, yeah, it's big.”
@polarisquinn It is the best match up of the playoffs so far. Yes. The hurricane have an easier path for sure. I believe whoever comes out of this will win the cup.
okay you know what: for not having jeek or brodin OR a break after an intense series, we did pretty well. i’m proud of how well we held our own, so we shouldn’t get too discouraged
@Truls9733@quinnifer43 differently or the same if the wild had rest. theyre both good teams and if a tired wild can give the avs this much of a fight i can't wait to see what a well rested wild can do :) this series will be interesting and fun to watch, no matter who wins imo.
@quinnifer43@cherryther Thanks. Takes a real fan to admit that. I have no doubt the wild will comeback and play harder for sure. Too much skill on both teams.
@Truls9733@cherryther and i’d say the match was pretty well fought equally until the end. clearly we didn’t get the results we wanted and the avs wound up being the better team during that game. i can’t wait to see what the rest of the series holds
@Truls9733 i’m not surprised we lost yesterday! you guys were clearly the better team last night, and we have things to work on. i’m saying that this isn’t the end: we have an opportunity to get better and recover and take you on. if you’re looking for a fight, go somewhere else my friend
@polarisquinn No fight here. It was a great game. Bad bounces on each side. It was nice to see a game where you don’t really have to worry about someone trying to take players out (like Dallas) just wanted to see if you would admit the Avs were the better team.
@cherryther@quinnifer43 I mean they had 2 full days rest. Guess they should have beat Dallas sooner? Using that as an excuse is pathetic. There’s a reason that the Avs were the best team in the league. Just can’t admit the Avs were that much better than the wild this game?
@MegVincent13@MN_Wild_Fans No I’m not saying he’s horrible either. I think it’s mostly his size that holds him back on the defensive side. He has great skating and stick work but gets bullied in the corners.
@Truls9733@MN_Wild_Fans Sorry; wasn’t referring to you specifically. I’ve never suggested his complete game is as strong as Makar, but he isn’t the defensive liability that some paint him to be. Main reason he isn’t on PK is for minute management, although not sure I’d want him out there on PK, anyway.
Avs fans are mostly cool. My only issue is their ridiculous obsession with “Makar is better than Hughes”
They’re both elite. They can’t just admit Hughes is a stud. Super super weird.
Good news is Colorado has all the pressure. They’re cup or bust. They haven’t played in a week. If we can hop on em early or at least keep it close into the 3rd, anything can happen! Again, ALL the pressure is on the Avs.
@SoberSamAdams@MN_Wild_Fans Most wild fans yes. Haven’t really seen any hockey people pick the wild over the Avs. Not saying they haven’t. I just haven’t seen it.
