I’m honestly at a loss and don’t know where else to turn.
I was charged twice for the same journey (Coventry → Manchester Piccadilly), and after instant emails and even returning to the station in person, I still can’t get a refund or a straight answer.

I’ve tried to be patient and reasonable, but I’m exhausted.

@CrossCountryUK It was purchased on the train, from Coventry to Manchester Piccadilly. There was no train changes so I was on the same train once I departure from Coventry.
