@huppertspiano I think it's a very healthy habit to be mindful about whatever you're gonna write in this hell hole of an app.

@auroralegion312 @RichardOcelot Besides, it's a very clever way to show how Bruce Wayne mask is a better armor than Batman's.
English

@RichardOcelot It's a call back to signal that he is physically and mentally going in without his armor like how do you not get it 😭

"Robert Pattinson plays Batman and Bruce Wayne the same, he turns up at the club twice and plays both scenes the exact same."
Snyder stans aren't the best at judging performances.

Big John@JohnWarpower
@JustACBMFan there’s like two scenes where he shows up at the front door of that club in either outfit and plays both scenes the exact same

@BobbyCastro1994 @get_scifried @UlteriousFilms @Replicante97 @NCseventeen @WrongReel @stagescreen60 @MOVIE89478 @DannyDrinksWine @Lunatics_Studio @TheChrisLambert Ironic thing is that the 35mm scan is teal and the restoration ain't, but if it were the other way around, people would complain saying that 4k restorations are making everything blue.
English

@Liam_The_Nerd On a side note, why ruin the carefully pacing construction of this scene with the random melodramatic music?
Silence in cinema is algo very important.

This film is the reason why the 'Best Makeup' category was created at the Oscars. John Hurt’s transformation was so impactful that the Academy, facing public backlash for not having an award to honor it, officially established the category the following year.

@Fishels23 @SHINOBI__03 Also, that being said, and IMAX square version is completely different to this open gate JP scan. That movie was never envisioned in that scope and we need to stop thinking that we've been seeing a cropped restricted version for years. Open gate scans are just a curiosity.
English

@Trupii2 @SHINOBI__03 I know but certain statues can no longer be seen and stuff like that. I watched the first dune movie on my 65 inch tv and I had to stop because of the black bars
Some Nolan films have been released where bars are gone at appropriate moments. I'd like the option
English

Can we start admitting the "Widescreen" format was a cinematic mistake? Because somehow stretching the screen horizontally or cropping the footage to make it widescreen made things smaller than making it bigger

The 35MM scan of Jurassic Park (1993) looks absolutely glorious. The grain, lighting, and practical effects texture make the whole film feel even more alive.
English

@Fishels23 @SHINOBI__03 You would've still seen black bars on your tv if you saw the IMAX version, only vertical instead of horizontal, because the 1.90 IMAX format is square. To completely fill your tv it would need to be rectangular 16x9 and that would also crop part of the image.

Siempre.”

Español

@Fishels23 @SHINOBI__03 IMAX copies of films have a taller aspect ratio that it only works within the context of a gigantic screen, because it fills it completely but you still focus your eyes at the center of the screen, which is what the widescren version of the film intends to do in other formats.
English

@Trupii2 @SHINOBI__03 Widescreen is awful though in home release. Like blade runner 2049 for example there’s literally parts of the scenery you can’t see that you can see in theaters
