it’s easier to lie to people than to convince them they’ve been lied to.

We don’t have 60 votes for the House-passed SAVE America Act But we do have a simple majority Given the bill’s widespread bipartisan popularity, we could pass it with a simple majority—by debating it until it passes I explain how in this clip Share if you want this to happen

@GovWhitmer Just like government loans for students that immediately drove up college tuition, this scheme will actually drive up the cost of homes.

I proposed a plan during my State of the State to lower housing costs . The plan would unlock a new, state-level affordable housing tax credit, cut red tape, and streamline zoning. Let’s build more homes and drive costs down so every Michigander can find a place to call home.

New documents obtained by The Washington Post show the price to build the ballroom has ballooned to $600 million, up from the initial $200 million estimate, with more than half expected to be paid by U.S. taxpayers. wapo.st/4vOuwPD

@MichiganDems All 3 members of the Michigan Public Service Commission were appointed by Whitmer and have rubber stamped every utility rate increase. Your party is actually the reason why rates are so high.

The Trump economy strikes again. Michiganders are struggling with rising energy costs as summer heats up. Higher electricity prices and greater AC usage mean higher bills. cnn.com/2026/06/13/eco…

Go fuck yourself! @DTE_Energy is in the Democrats pockets. In 2019, they donated $840,000 to Whitmer and the Democrat Party for FAVORS, i.e. the Freedom to screw customers! In 2022 a DTE-tied nonprofit gave $2 Million to Michigan Democrats to help win the 2022 election helping them win CONTROL of the state government ahead of energy work. DTE paid NO FEDERAL TAXES after a profit of $1.5 Billion Dollars. Our rates are out of control because @gretchenwhitmer GAVE DTE and Consumers Energy a combined total of $1.6 Billion Taxpayer Dollars and gave them the authority by her hand picked administration to raise our rates. Michigan has the HIGHEST electricity rates in the region. We're paying an additional $.534 per gallon of gas to fix the roads instead of the flat 6% tax we were paying. Whitmer SPENT the $9 Billion Dollar Surplus the state was given to fix our roads and infrastructure. Gave $20 Million of that money to her friend Fay Beydoun.

Shasta County, CA, recently approved one of the most sweeping local attacks on voting since 2020: a measure that would end most mail-in and early voting, require strict photo ID to register and vote and force election officials to hand count ballots. democracydocket.com/analysis/repub…

There are a lot of Michiganders who voted for Trump because he made them a few promises: he’d drain the swamp, end wars instead of starting them, and bring their costs down. Instead, he took us to war with Iran - costing us billions while he slashed healthcare and spiked gas prices - then wants us to say “thank you” when he fixes the mess he created in the first place. It’s insult on top of insult.

GM took Michigan tax dollars to build a UAW battery plant in Delta Township.  When they sold their stake to LG, the union jobs went with it. In Congress, I'll fight to make corporate bait-and-switches on taxpayer-funded jobs illegal.

The whole point of the falsely named Affordable Care Act was the destruction of healthcare as it existed. Putting in a legal framework that benefited large insurers and monopolistic healthcare providers guarantees that the system will self destruct. This was all done so that people will beg for a socialist system of government run mediocrity.

Let me explain what is actually happening with the left calling the current Supreme Court "rogue." I have four kids. When one of them does their chores, I give them a piece of candy. When my three-year-old sees that and loses his mind screaming "IT'S NOT FAIR," he is not making a legal argument. He is making a FEELINGS argument. He does not care about the chores. He just wants the candy. That is Quinn's Law #26 in a Halloween costume: liberals love the courts UNTIL the decision does not go their way. Here is something the dim bulbs on the left conveniently forget. Republican-appointed justices have disappointed conservatives REPEATEDLY. Gorsuch — TRUMP'S OWN PICK — sided with liberals on LGBTQ employment cases. Roberts saved the ACA. TWICE. Let that land. Sandra Day O'Connor preserved Roe in 1992. Reagan appointee. That happens because those justices are actually doing their job: applying the law to the text, NOT reverse-engineering the outcome they want. When have you EVER seen a Democrat-appointed justice deliver a ruling that disappointed Democrats? I'll wait. That silence you hear? That is not a coincidence. That is the tell. A court that never surprises you is not a court. It is a PR department with gavels. The left has that. They built it on purpose. And NOW — because they do not have it at the Supreme Court level — the whole institution is suddenly "illegitimate." FDR tried this in 1937. His OWN PARTY killed the court-packing scheme in committee. They called it what it was. Let that sink in: even Democrats in 1937 recognized naked power grabs when they saw them. The left does not want a Supreme Court. They want a super-legislature with lifetime tenure that ratifies whatever Congress failed to deliver. The Constitution is just an obstacle between them and what they want. And when that obstacle holds, they call it rogue. My three-year-old also calls things unfair when I enforce bedtime. He is three. What is their excuse? But what do I know — I am only a science teacher who actually read the Federalist Papers, including No. 78, where Hamilton called the judiciary "the least dangerous branch," not the most convenient one. @catturd2 @GuntherEagleman @JoJoFromJerz #MAGA #Trump #SCOTUS
