Igår var jag dessutom på apoteket. Första gången ensam sen 2016. De va fruktansvärt men jag gjorde de. Sa till honom som jobbade att jag hade kt ångest så jag fick sitta o vänta. Skakade är jag skulle betala men de gick på tredje försöket. Idag total vilodag. Inte göra nånting

Every spiritual map in existence….the Tree of Life, the chakras, the medicine wheel, the elements….exists for one reason only: to lead you out of the prison of the mind and into the direct experience of this moment. These maps are not the truth. They are not the destination. They are training wheels. They are stepping stones across the river of unconsciousness. The tragedy is that people start worshipping the stones. They cling to the system. They think memorizing every symbol will make them awakened. But symbols are not realization. Realization is what remains when the symbols have done their work and fallen away. Every system is a torch designed to burn itself up. Presence is not hidden inside any tradition. Presence is the ground beneath every tradition. Presence is not something you earn through metaphysical understanding. Presence is what remains when the one trying to understand finally dissolves. The maps and models exist to break identification with the mind, not to become part of the identity itself. At a certain point the only thing left is the direct experience of being. Not the story. Not the commentary. Not the ladder. Just this. The Work was always about subtraction, not accumulation. And when presence dawns, you see the truth with absolute clarity: the destination was always here. The only thing that had to be discarded was the one who thought it wasn’t.

You realize the treasure you were seeking has always been buried exactly where you stand.
