@waitrose Purchased a slow cooked turkey joint on Christmas Eve as the centrepiece of a family meal on Sunday 29/12. This product was a huge disappointment to everyone at the table tasting like something from a Chinese takeaway (not a good one). A very dissatisfied customer☹️

@marksandspencer Over a week later and nothing has changed - item available on website, order placed, card debited, email confirmation and then cancelled after 15 minutes as out of stock. This is just not good enough M&S 😡

@johnlewishelp seen a wall mirror I like on JL.com Product Code 74054014 but delivery is direct by supplier. Mirror is right size, but can I return it for free if it doesn’t match my room as it’s difficult to judge from photos on website?
