I’m thinking about going to culinary school. I’d like to start my own catering business. And have my wife make some baked goods. All from home. Please pray for guidance and wisdom.

Just finished my biggest chicken cook so far. 8'x12' coop with 10' wide by 61' linear feet long run, attached to shed. All caged in, top and sides, to keep coyotes, fox, and chicken hawks out.

Listening to these two people at the coffee shop on a date: Dude “…yeah, the cool thing about it is that it’s a manual.” Girl: “you can drive a manual?!?” Dude: “yeah, it’s got a button you can switch from manual to automatic” Girl: “that’s cool” 🤣🤣🤣

@David_wthebeard Enjoy those times, they grow up so fast. My oldest is 31 and the youngest is 21. But I do have three grandchildren. Children are a blessing from the Lord

And they sang a new song, saying: ‘You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation’ Revelation 5:9

Translation: “I don’t know why Paul was chosen, but pointing to something that kind of sounds good, his zeal for God as he (Paul) was seeking to destroy the Church, but I’m not saying that’s my answer, like I’m not saying Paul was chosen “because of his zeal”, I’m just saying it can’t be a choice of God not conditioned upon something about Paul”. 🤷🏻‍♂️

When I got back on X the first thing I saw was you post making false claims. Wait for an answer next time. Patience is a virtue 🙂 What you seem to be overlooking is “who is chosen for what.” A zealous Jew trying to serve God but who doesn’t know that Christ is His Son being chosen to be an apostle. Vs A unilateral choice of a man before creation, created to become a zealous Jew who persecuted the church out of ignorance, and then effectually converted to a believer in Christ by a miraculous work of pre-faith regeneration accompanied with a very convincing display of divinity (which wasn’t really necessary because the regeneration would have done the job sufficiently). You must be able to distinguish God’s choice of messengers vs His choice to save those who hear their message and respond to it. And you can’t assume either choice is without a revealed reason/condition. Cornelius had zeal without knowledge, right? He was sent the gospel of Christ because of his loyalty to God according to Acts 10. Peter held to the belief that salvation was only for Jews… something you’d consider to be a damnable heresy today. He has zeal but without knowledge. He needed correction not a miraculous intervention causing a change in his ontological nature as you seem to think is always necessary for people to change their minds and behaviors.

@ManassehRJones @Soteriology101 @ManassehRJones Did I hear that correctly? We’re supposed to prove “irresistible grace”, but to whom? To him? And also no one even knows who the elect are? That’s up to God and His sovereign will. This guy is starting to sound more absurd by the day.

LISTEN to this 22 second clip of unregenerated, imaginary autonomous free will idol worshipper, Leighton Flowers from @Soteriology101... ... telling the elect sons of God.. "we must PROVE God's irresistible grace in our lives." Cain & Esaus hate God's Elect.

I used to believe in the pre-tribulation rapture, but I don’t anymore. It turns out that this is a relatively recent development, early 1800s. Most historians of theology agree that the specific idea of a pre-tribulation rapture wasn’t clearly taught in mainstream Christianity before the 19th century. Earlier Christians certainly believed in Christ’s return, but they generally understood it as a single, unified event rather than something divided into two separate stages. Justin Martyr (100–165 AD), in Dialogue with Trypho, emphasizes that Christ will return once. Likewise, Irenaeus (130–202 AD), in Against Heresies, affirms that after the period of the Antichrist and tribulation, Christ will return once. Both clearly present a single, unified return of Christ rather than multiple or secret comings.

@CherylSchatz Where does Scripture clearly teach two separate returns of Christ instead of one return with multiple aspects?
