UPDATE ON Temple Israel Shooting in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Temple Israel is the LARGEST Reform synagogue in all of North America, with over 3,000 members. The synagogue has been attacked by someone in a truck. Preschool was reportedly in session, and Synagogue security “engaged with the threat.” The individual in the vehicle was shot by police, and the car caught on fire. All children have been evacuated. All kids and teachers are safe.
