Comrade Cachalia Jumps To Defend Comrade Ramaphosa‼️‼️‼️
ANC Acting Police Minister Firoz Cachalia says impeaching President Ramaphosa would “destabilise the country” and that it is not in the interests of South Africans for him to resign.
"There is a lot of uncertainty. There are a lot of issues that need the government to be effective and focused. It is not, I believe, in the interest of the people of this country that the President should resign."
Like WTF Bazelwane? @SAPoliceService 👀👀👀
So how are South Africans expected to believe that the SAPS will conduct an independent and thorough investigation when the Acting Minister of Police has already taken a political position on the matter before investigations are concluded?

⛔️This is a convicted, current Deep South Resident, case postponed and he is on bail
NEWS | Convicted Paedophile Iain Wares Sentencing Postponed in Cape Town Court
Cape Town – The sentencing of 86-year-old former teacher Iain Wares, convicted of indecently assaulting a pupil at a Cape Town school, was postponed on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, in the Wynberg Regional Court.
Wares was found guilty in March 2026 of indecently assaulting a former learner, known only as Stephen, while the boy was in Grade 5 at Rondebosch Boys’ Primary School in 1988. Stephen testified that Wares touched him inappropriately. The court rejected Wares’ defence that he could not remember the complainant and described the victim as a credible and reliable witness.
Wares’ new defence attorney requested more time to obtain a social worker’s report for pre-sentencing proceedings. Magistrate Vanessa Miki granted the postponement, with the matter now set down for 7 June 2026. Wares remains on bail following his conviction in the South African case.
Wares, who taught at prestigious Scottish schools including Edinburgh Academy and Fettes College in the 1960s and 1970s, faces dozens of historical sexual abuse charges in Scotland. He is accused of sexually and physically abusing more than 60 boys over an 11–12 year period. Scottish authorities are seeking his extradition, with Wares facing around 90 charges in total.
Extradition hearings in Simon’s Town Magistrates Court have faced multiple delays in recent months, frustrating alleged victims who have travelled from the UK to attend proceedings. Campaigners, including groups like Women and Men Against Child Abuse (WMACA), have expressed disappointment over the slow pace of justice, noting that Wares continues to live freely in Cape Town.
This local conviction marks the first time Wares has been found guilty of child sexual abuse, offering some measure of justice to one survivor while many others await accountability in Scotland. The case continues to draw international attention, with survivors and advocates pushing for swift extradition so that Wares can face the full extent of the allegations against him.

🇺🇸 Trump confirmed today that China is refusing to buy NVIDIA chips because they are developing their own
This once again confirms that the US has lost the main bargaining card with China which I wrote about it yesterday.
TRUMP: “They have (Nvidia) a much higher level than H200.China needs it and yeah it came up. They choose not to buy because they want to develop their own. I think something could happen on that.”

MEDIA STATEMENT
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Truth and Solidarity Movement Welcomes Historic Crimes Against Humanity Charges in COSAS 4 Case
DATE: 23 November 2021
TO: All Media / News Editors / Human Rights Reporters
JOHANNESBURG — The Truth and Solidarity Movement wholeheartedly welcomes and celebrates the monumental decision by the Director of Public Prosecutions (Johannesburg) to indict the apartheid-era perpetrators in the COSAS 4 case with crimes against humanity. For the first time in South African history, the domestic justice system will formally prosecute Apartheid as a crime against humanity, marking a watershed moment for transitional justice, accountability, and the dignity of victims.
On 15 February 1987, Eustice ‘Bimbo’ Madikela, Ntshingo Mataboge, Fanyana Nhlapo, and Zandisile Musi—all young members of the Congress of South African Students (COSAS)—were ruthlessly lured into a booby-trapped pumphouse by the apartheid regime's Security Branch. The resulting explosion claimed the lives of Madikela, Mataboge, and Nhlapo, and left Musi severely injured.
For over three decades, the families of these freedom fighters have endured the agonizing weight of delayed justice. Today, the provisional indictment of former Askari Tlhomedi Ephraim Mfalapitsa and former Security Branch explosives expert Christiaan Sebert Rorich draws a definitive line in the sand against impunity.
"This indictment is not just a legal victory; it is a profound moral victory for everyone who fought against the institutionalized terrorism of the apartheid state," said a spokesperson for the Truth and Solidarity Movement. "By charging these individuals under customary international law and Section 232 of our Constitution, the State is finally validating what the international community and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) declared long ago: Apartheid was an accumulated evil, a systematic attack against Black South Africans, and a crime against humanity."
The Truth and Solidarity Movement commends the South Gauteng Director of Public Prosecutions, Adv Andrew Chauke, lead prosecutor Adv Jabulani J. Mlotshwa, the Foundation for Human Rights, and the Webber Wentzel Pro-Bono Department for their unwavering courage and tireless efforts to advance the "unfinished business" of the TRC.
Both Mfalapitsa and Rorich were rightfully denied amnesty by the TRC for these heinous murders. While several high-ranking conspirators—including Brigadier Willem Frederick Schoon—passed away before they could face the courtroom, this trial represents a vital opportunity to expose the full depth of the regime's systemic violence. Rorich’s dark history of state-sponsored violence, spanning cross-border assassinations and bombings in Swaziland, underscores the terrifying scope of the machinery these men operated.
As the matter stands postponed to 1 December 2021, the Truth and Solidarity Movement calls upon the state and the judiciary to ensure that no further bureaucratic or legal hurdles delay this trial. Time is an enemy of justice for aging families and witnesses. We demand a swift, transparent, and rigorous trial in the first term of 2022.
We stand in deep solidarity with the families of the COSAS 4 and all victims of apartheid-era atrocities who continue to wait for their day in court. The road to true reconciliation cannot bypass accountability.

#### Honoring Legacies, Restoring Justice
TRUTH is entering this battleground with a profound commitment to ancestral accountability and historical justice. The movement is proud to stand alongside regional leader Banele Komani, who carries the generational fire and legacy of liberation icon Robert Sobukwe.
For decades, the sacrifices of South Africa's true liberation martyrs have been compromised by self-serving political factions. By bringing the spirit of the Sobukwe legacy directly into municipal governance, TRUTH is fighting to restore the dignity of our historic leaders' descendants and deliver the economic freedom they fought to secure.
#### A Frontline Team Ready to Deliver Development
To spearhead this transformation on the ground, TRUTH has deployed a capable and fearless leadership unit ready to take control of Ward 28:

* **Bophelo Pierce Moleko (Ward Councilor Candidate):** Positioned on the absolute frontline, fully prepared to dismantle local corruption, fix failing services, and serve as a direct, uncompromised voice for the residents of Ward 28.

On May 27th, a vote for TRUTH is a vote to reclaim your dignity, enforce deep administrative integrity, and build local cooperative infrastructure that serves the people, not the politicians."
#### Vote for Change, Vote TRUTH

TRUTH DEMANDS THE IMMEDIATE REOPENING OF APARTHEID-ERA CASES: CONSERVATIVE PARTY LEADERS AND PERPETRATORS MUST FACE JUSTICE
NATAL / SOUTH AFRICA — TRUTH (Truth and Solidarity Movement) is officially declaring an uncompromising national campaign demanding the immediate reopening of investigations into heinous, unresolved Apartheid-era crimes. The movement asserts that the passage of time does not erase the blood of innocent South Africans, and those who orchestrated or executed these atrocities will no longer be allowed to hide in the shadows of historical oversight.
For decades, the wounds of our past have been left to fester under the guise of political compromise. TRUTH firmly believes that true national reconciliation is impossible without absolute accountability. Heinous crimes against humanity have no expiry date, and the comfort currently enjoyed by aging perpetrators is an insult to the memory of our martyrs and the pain of surviving families.
Holding the Architects of Oppression Accountable
TRUTH is explicitly demanding that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) and relevant judicial bodies track down and bring surviving leaders of the Apartheid-era Conservative Party and allied oppressive structures to justice.
These individuals and factions actively worked to enforce, violent-proof, and perpetuate a system of racial terrorism. Their leadership roles make them directly complicit in the state-sponsored violence, assassinations, and cross-border raids that tore our communities apart.
"We cannot build a future rooted in solidarity if we allow the architects of our destruction to escape the dock," says TRUTH leadership. "The state has a constitutional and moral obligation to prosecute these individuals. If the current legal apparatus refuses to act, TRUTH will mobilize the citizens to demand accountability through every legal and democratic channel available."
A Call for Restorative Justice
TRUTH refuses to allow these vital historical files to remain buried in state archives. The movement is assembling a specialized team to compile evidence, support victims' families, and apply relentless pressure on judicial authorities to issue immediate arrest warrants and trigger formal prosecutions.
We call on all progressive civil society organizations, legal fraternities, and everyday South Africans who value actual justice over hollow rhetoric to join us in this demand.
The era of impunity is over. The truth will be brought to light, and solidarity with the victims of Apartheid will be realized through the court of law.

Pretoria Court Postpones Fraud and Corruption Case Against Crime Intelligence Boss Dumisani Khumalo and Six Others Pending Outcome of NDPP Representations
The Pretoria Magistrates’ Court has postponed the fraud and corruption case against Crime Intelligence head Dumisani Khumalo and six other accused to 03 September 2026 pending the outcome of representations submitted to the National Prosecuting Authority.
According to the Justice, Crime Prevention and Security Cluster’s Crime Watch account, Khumalo and five co-accused recently filed representations with the office of the National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) during the same week the matter was expected to be transferred to a higher court for trial.
The accused are facing charges of fraud and corruption linked to the alleged appointment of an unqualified civilian within the Crime Intelligence Division of the South African Police Service (SAPS).
The matter forms part of ongoing scrutiny surrounding alleged irregularities within SAPS Crime Intelligence, which has faced repeated allegations of corruption, maladministration and abuse of state resources in recent years.
Authorities said investigations into the matter have been completed and that the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) within the National Prosecuting Authority is ready to proceed with the trial once the representations process has been finalised.
The postponement means the accused will have to wait until September for further direction on whether the case will proceed to a higher court for trial.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT: TRUTH AND SOLIDARITY MOVEMENT
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE DATE: May 15, 2026
TRUTH DEMANDS THE IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF GREATER TZANEEN MAYOR GERSON MOLAPISANE
The Truth and Solidarity Movement (TRUTH) officially issues this urgent demand for the immediate removal of the Mayor of Greater Tzaneen, Gerson (Gerrison) Molapisane.
TRUTH asserts that the Mayor’s continued occupancy of his office, despite the clear directive for his recall, is an affront to the residents of Tzaneen and a mockery of the democratic process. The political deadlock currently paralyzing the municipality is a direct result of a leadership that prioritizes personal power over public service.
THE CORE ISSUES
Obstruction of Governance: By refusing to vacate his post, the Mayor is creating a leadership vacuum that halts critical decision-making and service delivery.
Disregard for Accountability: TRUTH believes that when a leader no longer holds the mandate of their constituency or their deploying organization, their continued presence serves only to further destabilize the local government.
Service Delivery Crisis: While internal political battles rage, the people of Greater Tzaneen continue to suffer from infrastructure neglect and a lack of economic opportunity.
"TRUTH will not stand by while public office is used as a shield against accountability. The residents of Tzaneen deserve a mayor who is focused on the ground, not one clinging to a title."
OUR RESOLUTION
TRUTH demands that the Speaker of the Council facilitates a swift and peaceful transition. We call for an end to the legal and political maneuvers that are stalling the inevitable change in leadership.
TRUTH stands for transparency and solidarity with the working class. We will continue to mobilize and pressure all relevant authorities until a leadership that respects the will of the people is installed in Greater Tzaneen.
ENDS.

TRUTH AND SOLIDARITY MOVEMENT CONDEMNS COWARDLY ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT ON LAND PARTY PRESIDENT GCHOBANI NDZONGANA
The Truth and Solidarity Movement (TRUTH) expresses its deepest outrage and absolute condemnation regarding the reported assassination attempt on the President of our sister organization, the Land Party, Mr. Gchobani Ndzongana.
This orchestrated attack is not merely an assault on an individual leader; it is a calculated strike against the marginalized voices he represents and the fundamental principles of democracy. We view this as the work of dark forces—entrenched interests that fear the rising tide of popular solidarity and land justice.
"To target a leader who stands for the disenfranchised is a desperate act by those who find themselves on the wrong side of history. We will not be intimidated, and we will not be silenced."
OUR DEMANDS
Immediate Investigation: We call upon law enforcement and state security agencies to conduct a swift, transparent, and thorough investigation. The perpetrators and the "shadowy figures" behind them must be brought to justice.
State Protection: We demand adequate security measures for political leaders who are being targeted for their advocacy and activism.
National Unity: We call on all democratic-minded South Africans to stand in solidarity against political violence.
#JUSTICEFORGCHOBANI
The Truth and Solidarity Movement stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the Land Party during this trying time. We remain committed to our shared mission of achieving social justice, land restoration, and economic dignity for all.
No amount of violence can kill an idea whose time has come. The struggle continues.
