🚨 Arne Slot message to Liverpool fans: “I can understand at this moment in time they don’t have confidence that things can be much better next season… …but I think they are underestimating what a transfer window can do, what a new start can do… I think we know quite well what we have to improve”.

@mainelyfree76 @BishopBarron You're correct. The pope isn't mentioned the Bible. Nor is the Trinity (introduced by Tertullian & Origen in the 3rd century), nor is the doctrine of the original sin & that we all carry the burden today (introduced by St Augustine in the 5th century). Do we really follow Jesus?

@BishopBarron Oh really and what did you have to say about this spectacle mocking the Last Supper by radical liberals? And the Pope isn't mentioned at all in the Bible he is a false prophet and you are doing his bidding.

The statements made by President Trump on Truth Social regarding the Pope were entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. They don’t contribute at all to a constructive conversation. It is the Pope’s prerogative to articulate Catholic doctrine and the principles that govern the moral life. In regard to the concrete application of those principles, people of good will can and do disagree. I would warmly recommend that serious Catholics within the Trump administration–Secretary Rubio, Vice President Vance, Ambassador Brian Burch, and others–might meet with Vatican officials so that a real dialogue can take place. This is far preferable to the statements on social media. I am very grateful for the many ways that the Trump administration has reached out to Catholics and other people of faith. It has been a high honor to serve on the Religious Liberty Commission. No President in my lifetime has shown a greater dedication to defending our first liberty. All that said, I think the President owes the Pope an apology.

@DerekHjohnson @mshale58 @BishopBarron They do not assimilate but try to compel their new countries to assimilate to Islam. Look at what is happening in Britain, etc. For devout Muslims fact that non Muslims exist is a provocation.

@314DavidHoffman @DerekHjohnson @mshale58 @BishopBarron Christians migrated to Muslims lands throughout history. Muslim Baghdad and Toledo were the most advanced cities in the world at their peak & many travelled there seeking knowledge. Christians were not persecuted in Palestine when Muslims conquered it. In fact, they flourished.

@DerekHjohnson @mshale58 @BishopBarron Many Muslim countries were Christian until they were conquered. They became Muslim countries by centuries of persecution of the Christians until they converted. The Christians remaining are still persecuted. Muslims try to control the laws in places where they immigrate.

@DerekHjohnson @314DavidHoffman @mshale58 @BishopBarron I lived in Muslim countries for work (the gulf states incl Dubai). Christians live there peacefully with no issues whatsoever. Their laws are consistent with Christianity & they are the safest countries in the world. We in the so-called "Christian countries" can learn from them.

@314DavidHoffman @mshale58 @BishopBarron If you are a Christian, why would you want to go live in a muslim country. If what happens im their country bothers you, live in a Christian country. We don’t have the ability to control their laws. But we can surely control ours. Stand your ground at home

@DerekHjohnson @314DavidHoffman @mshale58 @BishopBarron Agreed. God hates those who transgress. The clear example in the world today is the genocide of innocent Christians and Muslims by the Zionist regime. They do so in the name of Judaism. This cannot possibly be what Judaism teaches nor does this please God.

@314DavidHoffman @DerekHjohnson @mshale58 @BishopBarron Actually, if you look at the facts, you will realise that it is the Christians who waged war against the Muslims (Crusades). Christians lived peacefully in Muslim lands for many centuries & still do. According to the Koran, Christians are considered believers in the one true God

@DerekHjohnson @mshale58 @BishopBarron Muslims have been at war with Christians for 1400 years. The Koran commands them to be at war with the unbeliever until Islam is supreme. So yes our choice is either war or submission. This Pope has chosen submission

@DerekHjohnson @mshale58 @BishopBarron Obviously, we have Jews, Christians & Muslims who have done evil in the names of their respective religions. Those are not God's people. God's people strive to please God through their devotion with prayer, charity & sacrifice. They encourage peace & humility, not hate.

@mshale58 @BishopBarron The pope did that so that they could come experience the Vatican, for the possibility of their conversion. Also do we have to be at war with muslims? Is there really something wrong with peace?

@Jennife38469105 @mshale58 @BishopBarron Islam and Christianity both revere Jesus. The Pope isn't pushing Islam. He is cognizant of the fact that Muslims also love and respect Jesus, and follow his example.

@mshale58 @BishopBarron Very true and it’s not confusing at all for us Catholics – we see the pope for the false doctrine that he is – we have not had a good pope since John Paul II – the pope is fallible just like any man and this pope is blasphemous and evil, pushing Islam and communism😢🙏🏼

@Jennife38469105 @mshale58 @BishopBarron Actually Jesus was a socialist. Literally all of his practices were all for the sake of the community and, especially, the poor and weak. Capitalism is about taking advantage of the poor and weak to attain more social advantage. Jesus never charged the sick when he healed them.

@KimberlyNolin1 @sabymerchant @mshale58 @BishopBarron Actually, that's not true. Christians are more respected in those countries than they are in the USA (look it up). There have been sectarian clashes in the past but that is mostly due to politics, not religion. There are heavier clashes between democrats & republicans in the USA.

@DreddBolt @mshale58 @BishopBarron All the prophets said that belief in the one indivisible god is the most important belief that leads to eternal salvation. Jews, Christians and Muslims all believe this. The Pope didn't say anything wrong. All true religions that believe in the one God are paths to God.

@VonEagle45 @mshale58 @BishopBarron @Pontifex I think you are confusing those who claim their evil actions in the name of Islam or Christianity with the true adherents of those faiths. Islam and Christianity both teach peace, love and humility. If we hate others then how can we possibly call ourselves believers.

@mshale58 @BishopBarron Spot on. This @Pontifex is inviting the snakes of Islam into the church. It’s disgusting and a slanin the face to the Catholics and many of the Christians being raped and slaughtered by Islamists.

@mshale58 @BishopBarron Islam & Christianity both revere Jesus and believe in the God of Abraham, Moses and all Biblical prophets. If we are honest, we can't deny that Muslims follow Jesus more than Christians, and many Church-leaders have repeatedly said this.

With all due respect, The Pope needs to be a little more balanced in his comments. Opening a prayer room in the Vatican for Islam, then plastering it all over the Internet, is confusing to Christians. Statements that Islam and Christianity can live in harmony, when all of us who have read the Quran know otherwise, are confusing. Criticizing the crackdown on a horrific regime that has hung beautiful young girls for not wanting to cover their heads and follow the teachings of Islam is confusing. Taking billions of taxpayers' money to help and assist with the invasion of the United States is beyond confusing. Why don’t we start with the Catholic Church first paying the taxpayers' money back and assisting all of the refugees that they helped bring to the United States by transporting them back to their country of origin?

@MC84au @DannyBoyOZ @Suffragent_ @monica_stout1 Correct. The Muslim respect the right of Christians and others to practice their religion. They have great love and respect for Jesus and reject Paganism. They believe Xmas and Easter are Pagan festivals but don't prevent people practicing these festivals.

@DannyBoyOZ @Suffragent_ @monica_stout1 Good Christians love Muslims because they know Muslims follow and love Jesus. Muslims don't celebrate Christmas and Easter because these are Pagan rituals. Muslims follow every single thing that Jesus taught. Unfortunately, modern Christians don't.
