A PIL has been filled in the Supreme Court of India by our team to curb the misuse of IPC Section 498a and BNS Sections 85 and 86 amidst the growing number of husband suicides in the country. The bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta will hear the same on 6th Jan. Non compliance of CrPC section 198a and section 220 of BNSS in the matrimonial cases are the main focus of the PIL. We should close down SIFF. There is something very shocking going on right now. Most men who can make a bit of difference are desperately holding on to the tail of the very system that murdered Atul Subhash. Media and influencers are now asking lawyers in their studios to educate the audience. But lawyers run the system. It is like asking your NAZI oppressors to the studios to discuss how to end the oppression in the concentration camps. The oppressor will be of course greatly amused at this stupidity of his host. Men's obsession to blindly trust the system is the root of the problem. The system takes them for a ride and then destroys them. This behavior is called,"taking the blue pill" and living inside the fake reality (with great trust on the system.) That means, there will be no freedom, no reform and no safety for thousands of men like Atul Subhash, who are still breathing somehow By trusting the same "haramkhor" system that murdered Atul Subhash, men are doing a great disservice to him, who wanted to save them all. Ultimately courts will be given a clean chit and everyone will celebrate India's court system as the best in the world and India's divorce rate as low as a mere 1%.
