Three years ago, Minerva was a thesis and a stubborn belief that marketing AI was being built backwards. Everyone was racing to automate the output - more copy, more creative, more agents doing tasks. Almost no one was building the foundation underneath: the data layer that lets any of it actually know your customer. Agents are only as good as the context they run on. We made a bet that the hard part was the foundation, not the features. Today we launch Minerva, an agentic marketing platform built on a proprietary consumer context graph of 270M Americans. The Agentic Data Engineer merges that context with a brand's first-party data in minutes, collapsing the question of who your customer is into a single source of truth the agents can act on. Then they build, launch, optimize, and report across every channel, on a foundation that knows who it's talking to. I'm proud of this in a way that's hard to put into a post. Congrats to everyone who helped us get here!

Working with close friends is one of the rare privileges this job gives you. Watching them go from idea to a real ~business~ is an even bigger one. Proud to call these guys friends. Excited for everyone to finally see what they've been building for the last two years.
