It is an enormous shame to see a brand that I represented proudly for 2 years turn into whatever the fuck this is. When I left Twitter, Glytch was a gamer-focused, affiliate based product that always put gamers and artists first in everything they put out. I stopped representing Glytch when they started focusing more heavily on signing content creators (Kick Joker was a massive middle finger) and decided to start smaller when I found 4XP. A lot of smaller energy companies that don’t have a lot of sales or reach will use AI from time to time for ad campaigns, and although I don’t necessarily like that aspect from those companies, I at least get it. They’re broke, they’re trying to advertise and maybe can’t spare the expense. Not really an excuse but I at least understand it from a smaller business perspective. That’s not what this is. This is a company that has made far more money over the years than a lot of the competition. Selling itself to an AI shill who wants to mooch off of the growing Vtuber market by disrespecting everything about it. It’s soulless and lame as fuck. Every new flavor that came out had its own special presentation and art style in the branding that made it feel unique. And behind that was artists and gamers who felt represented and appreciated. This is dogshit. This is careless grifting off of an industry that has no room for what these losers are churning out. Hope you go bankrupt. Fuck Glytch Energy and fuck anyone who supports this dogshit.
