My Dad was unfortunately the stereotypical Vietnam vet, my Grandma said, I reminded her of him before he went to war. The war tormented him until the day he died. I remember him cussing and throwing shit at the tv one day, it was a commercial for the Jane Fonda workout. I didn’t fully understand it until I was older. When I was older He stopped me from joining the military during the first gulf war because of what it did to him. He had his issues, but he knew about the war machine long before many did.

People aren’t stupid, they’re smart enough to understand the nuance of the ATF report containing both a caliber match and “inconclusive” test bullet result. You’re deliberately misrepresenting the ATF report. Let’s be very clear: The bullet jacket fragment retrieved during autopsy from Charlie’s body was a .30 caliber class bullet, which matches in caliber the .30-06 rifle Tyler Robinson used to shoot Charlie Kirk. The “inconclusive” part of the ATF report means the bullet jacket fragment was too damaged to match other ballistics markings to a bullet test fired by law enforcement from Tyler Robinson’s rifle. The “inconclusive” part means nothing, they can’t positively identify or exclude whether the bullet jacket fragment ballistics matches the ballistics from the test fired bullet. Because it’s a fragment from an autopsy. But the .30 caliber class round is a match for the type of .30-06 rifle Tyler Robinson used.

@Liz_Wheeler @TampaSueG This is so common in Homicide cases, rarely in 16 years did I have a bullet in good enough condition to make a scientific match. These reports migjt as well be written in Chinese with some of the language they use. This is a big guant nothing for the case.

Guzman was back on the streets following the attack on her father, thanks to the fact that she was found not guilty by "reason of insanity."
