@deaflibertarian I am confident that Neuralink will restore hearing one day, just as we will restore vision with our Blindsight implant

Tesla Glass can withstand 4x the weight of the car
Captain Eli@TheCaptainEli
There is no safer car in the world than a Tesla. Both in terms of its autonomous driving capabilities and its physical, engineering structure. In this case, missile fragments landed on the glass roof of the Model Y, and the glass still maintained the vehicle’s structural integrity and the safety of the interior. source: Lara Shusterman

Hey @elonmusk I know you hate paying for advertising, but @TigerWoods endorsing @Tesla self drive is a no brainer at this point. #goldmine

@ShawnGKaiser @DevinOlsenn I think this is actually on purpose to allow anyone that may be stopped on the rails to move
English

@DevinOlsenn Very cool. I'm a bit surprised the intersection lights aren't tied to the rail lights to also turn red.

Tesla Self-Driving waits patiently for an oncoming train while human drivers pass through a closing gate.
I've always been impressed with how FSD handles rail crossings, but this one was particularly impressive since it shows the difference between impatient humans and FSD.
For any doubters, the train passed by a few seconds later after the arms fully closed - what the cement truck driver and other driver did are undeniably stupid.

@actuallyajoke I haven’t gotten this update and my car reset too. Changed some settings, deleted custom wrap, showed onboarding page, etc

I’d never vote for a politician who routinely talks shit on Elon. For that reason alone.
Why? Because whether you love or hate Elon, the second order impact of what him and his companies have created are major net positives for the US economy today, and are a huge part of the ecosystem of brain + infrastructure in the USA that will make us flourish into the future.
If you are unable to see something so obvious, I have to assume you are not capable of any political leadership role.
You don’t even have to like the guy, just respect the fucking game.

Ford CEO Jim Farley, in a new interview, says he realized Ford had been doing EVs all wrong after his team ripped apart a Tesla:
“When we ripped apart a Tesla, I was just absolutely flabbergasted. The Mach-E's wiring harness was 70 pounds heavier and 1.6 kilometers longer. We didn't know what was going on in [Tesla engineers' ] minds. But now we understand. They had no prejudice. We had prejudice. We'd gone to our supply-chain person and said, "Buy another wiring harness." [Tesla] said, "Let's design the vehicle for the lowest, smallest battery." Totally different approach.”
