it is an unwritten rule of life that after every prolonged period of hardship and uncertainty, there is going to be a period when you are going to achieve quantum leaps across multiple areas of your life. the only requirement is that you do not give up on yourself

I love how the Bible teaches us to be unbothered! Don’t be dismayed, be slow to anger & forgive easy. Do not worry or be anxious about anything! Proverbs 19:11 & Colossians 3:15.

Your Emotional Healing Coach
Date ppl who are gentle with you bc love is ethical before it is emotional. That part gets skipped a lot. Attraction & chemistry can be loud but even trauma has chemistry too.

Major life hack: Don't complain, ever. Nobody likes a complainer. They drain the energy of everyone around them. It's exhausting spending time around someone who constantly complains about things outside their control. If it’s within your control, go do something about it. If it’s not, you’re just wasting energy thinking about it. Complaining gives too much power to the thing. Take back that power.

I will never again pretend to be the easygoing, low maintenance girl. I love receiving flowers without having to ask. I appreciate unexpected “thinking of you” texts and thoughtful check ins. I enjoy forehead kisses and good morning messages. I like being taken on meaningful dates that I didn’t have to plan. I want to be shown off, not hidden, like someone you’re proud to have. I love affection, intentional time together, and little surprises. I like to be loved out loud. I’m done making myself smaller to be easier to love. I love hard and I won’t apologize for it anymore.

Find audacity. There is nothing that will help you more in this life than audacity, find it, let it push you to do things , to silence the noise , to go back to school, to leave the country, to start a business, to do things . To fight for your life.

When you realize that Jesus fed 5,000, but only 500 followed him after the meal. He had 12 disciples, but only 3 went farther into the garden, and only 1 stood by him at the cross. The closer you get to the cross, the smaller the crowd becomes.

WAITING IS NOT EASY. - Joseph waited for 13 years for the promise to manifest. - Abraham and Sarah also waited for a bit, Sarah even panicked and started improvising, cause the wait is uncomfortable. I saw these prayer points on Facebook, I think they’re shareworthy!
