🤖 AI is deciding which creators get to stay on YouTube. Not humans. In just the last 6 months, YouTube has removed 2.8+ million channels. And 76% of those bans came from the “Spam / Deceptive Practices / Scams” policy — the enforcement category that relies most heavily on automated systems. Which means the algorithm is often the one deciding who stays on the platform… and who gets erased. Appeals are frequently automated too — so the same system that flags the channel is the one denying the appeal. 69 days ago, I woke up to find my 40K+ channel — Final Verdict — completely deleted. The reason? “Circumvention.” But here’s the thing: I’ve never had a channel terminated before. So I asked YouTube support which deleted channel I was supposedly “linked” to — the one I would need to “fix” to restore my own. Then something I didn’t expect happened… They told me they’re “prohibited from sharing the linked channel.” In other words — even the AI and the human reviewers don’t know what channel caused this or why. If even YouTube can’t tell me what I supposedly did wrong. How can any creator defend themselves against that? Hello, my name is Alec and I am the owner of 3 monetized YouTube channels Opt – my main channel with over 600,000 subscribers More Opt – my second channel with over 200,000 subscribers Elarablox – my third channel with over 400,000 subscribers On October 8th, all 3 channels were simultaneously terminated due to what appears to be a false AI driven ban. I immediately submitted appeals for each channel, but all were denied within minutes without any meaningful review. I launched my main channel, Opt, approximately 5 to 6 years ago, initially focusing on daily Fortnite content and livestreams. Over the years, I’ve consistently posted content almost every day. More recently, I’ve shifted to creating Roblox Shorts across all 3 channels. My content fully complies with YouTube’s policies I do not engage in spam, scams, or deceptive practices. I follow the same standards and formats as others in the Roblox Shorts community. I respectfully request a thorough manual review of my channels and a reconsideration of their termination. YouTube AI moderation has been on a Rampage Terminating Creators falsely, I too found My channel with clean history — Seriously Simple — completely deleted. Never had a strike, warning or an explanation. Just “spam, scam, and deceptive practices.” - a 2,000 word policy with multiple possible violations! I began writing, then sent through an appeal, confident that this was a error, thinking my appeal would fix this mistake. But before i Could close the tab, my appeal were denied in seconds by AI over an alleged “careful review” and that careful review was meant to take up to 2 business days.. and Potentially even more. I reached Out to Youtube Support, thinking i would receive a human support, But even the Support is AI Bots, I contacted 9 Different Support Specialists "Bots" all of them, using same Generic Pattern, Ignoring the Question, Pretending to be Humans, Lying about it. this channel was everything to me, my source of income, my life support, I Depend on this. And if this can happen to clean channels with spotless records — it can happen to anyone. even you. so if you’re also experiencing this, retweet + comment (@ teamyoutube) so hopefully a real employee can help us be sure to explain your situation as well, we all deserve to be heard.

Days ago, my channel was terminated. I’ve poured years of time, resources and work into making content that aligns with YouTube’s TOS. I have managed to avoid strikes by creating content in an honest way. I did review YouTube’s Spam Policy, I feel confident in stating that, my content does not fall under any of the listed violations. However, if creators make a genuine mistake after years of not being an issue and contributing to the platform without issue, they should have the opportunity to fix that issue, be made away or receive a strike, not be immediately terminated with little to no human interaction nor attention. I’ve always produced content in the most ethical ways I knew how. I did this because I care for my audience, not just to meet TOS. YOUTUBE REINSTATED MY CHANNEL! It took almost 40 days of consistent posting on X, a huge amount of support from fellow creators and tons of people on X and a number of posts that got 1000’s of views. This has to bring to light how flawed YouTube’s termination system is. Why do creators have to make noise on a different platform to actually get the right people to look into these terminations. There are still loads of creators who have not been given their channels back. Peoples livelihoods hang in the balance. @youtube must respond and address what the hell happened! Far too many mistakes have been made. They have to change their systems. I want to say a huge thank to everybody who has reposted, liked and shared my tweets. 4 Years ago, I decided I would make my First video talking about $XRP. I embarked on a Journey Educating The Crypto community about Ripple Labs a Payment Company using XRP that is Globalizing. Today @TeamYouTube has Terminated my Youtube Channel for "Harmful or dangerous policy" all for making Educational Content on #XRP a Crypto I personally Hold and have done 1000s of hours of research into all for my audience. I HAVE NOT BROKEN ANY YOUTUBE GUIDELINES AND THE RESPONSE HAS BEEN UNCLEAR! Its REALLY DISSAPPOINTING over 4+ years of daily videos of #XRP and crypto content for you guys go to waste.
